Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Portage County

Our guy's weekend was great fun, thanks to the quiet and clean rental. We appreciated the hot tub and games, as well as the prompt and courteous communication from the hosts. When our coffee machine wouldn't turn on, they were there with a replacement remarkably fast, despite our finding a work around with the kettle. The small things make stays great - and we appreciated our hosts!

Lisa was phenomenal host! She communicated clearly and often. I have to say that this place is amazing and MASSIVE. I found additional showers/bathrooms while clearing out...haha:) There was so much space...we stayed there with with extended family to attend ta wedding - i was worried about the number of people (mostly adults) in one house but it was spacious enough for us all to be extremely comfortable. There is also so much to do outside and inside! Originally I wasn't fond of the four night requirement since we only needed the house for two nights but hands down...it was worth paying for the extra nights!!! You can also rent the barn next door for additional capacity and access to the smaller body of water...kind of wish I had rented both:) If you are in the area, I can't recommend this place enough! It was extremely clean which is always appreciated!

Place we stayed in was great. After few bad experiences in the area we got to Lauren's place and it was amazing. Finally we were able to rest and relax. Place is very nice, looks like on the photos in the offer. It has all the amenities one would need, and the host is very easy to talk to - always responding to messages, nice and helpfull. Thank you for all your help Lauren, we had a great stay.

Scott’s place was very clean, and inviting. We loved the decor and property. We enjoyed the surrounding attractions and peaceful nature around Ohio. Scott was very helpful and quick to communicate. Would definitely recommend this place to others :)

The house was perfect for our crew to relax in after a long days work at the splash pad in Aurora. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great.

What an amazing stay! My boyfriend and I stayed at the cottage to celebrate our anniversary, it was the perfect size for the two of us. We utilized the grill and campfire, as well as pathway access to the reservoir. Staff and other campers were very friendly, we were very pleased with our stay and are likely to return.

Loved Kevin’s little slice of heaven on the Cuyahoga River. The place was exactly as described and had everything. Very clean. The pavilion and hot tub is where we spent most mornings and evenings when we weren’t kayaking. The wood provided for the nightly camp fires was a plus and a great way to end the day. We will definitely be going back.

Marianne's place was lovely! We had a last minute trip planned for a wedding and we were so happy to find this place. We told Marianne that we would be there quite late and she kindly left lights on for us so we wouldn't arrive in the dark. The house was very clean and so cozy. I highly recommend it for anyone looking in this area!

Great host, great place, great value... couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely recommend and would be my go to if in the area again.

Todd and Melinda are among the most thoughtful hosts I've ever encountered. They offered flexibility with check-in and check-out, stocked the apartment and refrigerator with snacks and beverages, and were all-around pleasant, kind people. I was there in the spring, so I got to see the amazing irises Melinda grows in their beautiful backyard. The town is charming, and the apartment is in easy walking distance. I walked in for morning coffee which I drank next to the waterfall for which the town is named! Fantastic space, highly recommend. I have friends in the area, so I may be back.

We were in Cleveland for College graduation. Great location, walkable to everything we needed to do. Great restaurants, bars, stores around this location. Room was as described in listing, check in and check out easy. Building clean and security great going in and out. Overall, I would recommend this listing to others visiting the Cleveland area. You will be very satisfied.

We had a great stay in Elisha’s apartment! It was the perfect space for two people. The apartment is very clean and thoughtfully laid out, with lots of cute design touches. The patio is very serene and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Parking in front of the house and checking in was easy. We found great food for dinner and breakfast close by. We’d love to come back again!

The cabin was so beautiful, and I felt very much at home, Aimee left a special gift for us and was very much appreciated for all she did to help me

I was in need of cabin in the woods. A quiet getaway in a remote location to relax and disconnect from my normal day to day. This was just that. Close to town so you can still do some sight seeing and activities, but when youre at the cabin you feel secluded. It was comfortable and clean. Supplied with everything you would need. Comfortable bed. Jucuzzi tub, and cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed sitting outside in on the rocking chair in the morning drinking coffee while listening to nature and sitting outside around the campfire at night. My family and i enjoyed our time.

We had a great stay, filled with unforgettable memories and quality family time. The rustic charm of the place made it feel like a true getaway, surrounded by nature and the simple beauty of the outdoors. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time away from the hustle of everyday life.

We had a lovely time celebrating my mother's birthday at Liz's home. She had everything we needed to make her day special.

I booked this for my bridesmaids and I for the night before my wedding. The cabin is beautiful and so clean. Alissa left us some snacks and toiletries in case we needed something. She was very friendly and always checked in to make sure we were okay. We went for a walk to the lake and the neighbors were all waving and saying hi to us. It was honestly a very friendly area and we felt safe. The cabin had beautiful interior natural sunlight which was great for getting ready photos.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Everything is just as described. The location is so quiet and peaceful. We loved using the outdoor soaker tub. What a treat! We hope to come back soon.

Kristen’s cabin was the perfect spot for our mini getaway. Cozy, clean, and the cutest interior with calm lighting. Down to the detailed decor, it’s all just adorable. Beautiful view of the lake out back, private surroundings, and the feeling of being in nature really gave us the recharge we needed. We’ve stayed at other cabins, but this one nails the cabin retreat vibe. Kristen is a lovely host who is responsive, helpful, and kind. I would return and I would recommend others to experience this gem!

Was in town for a baseball tournament that ended up getting rained out during one of our days. It was super nice to be at the cabin than hotel. Felt like a nice little getaway! The cabin was clean and cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Dale was communicative and able to answer questions timely! A perk was the winery right there and being able to try new Ohio wines. Would recommend to anyone, and would love to come back in the future!
