Across the street is the subway and bus and you will also find all the services: supermarket, pharmacy, banks, cafes and restaurants, bakeries, .... Magnificent apartment entirely renovated. Gaudir means "enjoy" in Catalan and during your stay in this apartment you will really enjoy Barcelona. From its terrace, the panoramic views over the city will reach from the coast and Montjuïc to the Tibidado Mountain! Located in a central and safe area, well connected by public transport and just a 10-minute walk from the exclusive shops of Paseo de Gracia, the Gaudir apartment will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Barcelona. The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of Barcelona's rooftops. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated upon prior request), closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and storage space for belongings. Guests staying in the third bedroom will also have their own bathroom with shower located in the hallway. Other amenities: private parking (upon prior request) ... €20 per day Come and enjoy! You'll have access to the entire apartment. The apartment has a base price for 4 people. Each additional person has a surcharge of €30/day. Private parking in the same building €20 a day... check availability. Claudio will be your host at check-in. He'll be your 'friend from Barcelona'. You can ask him any questions or ask for advice. From the apartment you can walk to the main sites, although there are multiple connections by metro, bus and taxi a few meters from the apartment .... even to go to the Congress Fair If you walk 10/15 minutes you will arrive at: Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arco del Triumfo, Plaza Cataluña, Palacio de la Música, Catedral, several shopping areas... The apartment has a parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area, we will find other public parking lots. This apartment is located in a private housing development. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence, and noise must be complied with so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety, do not overload the elevators. Capacity for up to four people or two people plus two suitcases. Inviting people to the apartment who have not been previously identified at check-in is prohibited. The number of occupants must match the number of guests on the AIRBNB reservation. Any variation may incur an additional charge at a later date.

It offers you the opportunity to stay right in the heart of the city near all the perfect places to sightsee an easy walk away. The bedroom has a relaxing King Size bed with cotton sheets and large comfortable carpets that decorate the entire apartment. Elegant living area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a Queen bed size for the 3rd and 4th guest. The kitchen is completely equipped and the luxury continues in the en-suite bathroom where you have a hydromassage bath and a separated glassed-in shower. Furthermore, if you need to work in a more private and quiet environment, you can use our business center. This stunning, central, newly renovated and air-conditioned apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in the heart of Sitges. Only a 1 min walk to the beach and has cafes and bars close by. There is a large living/dining room, brand new, fully equipped kitchen, fibre optic wifi and air-conditioning in the main spaces and two of the bedrooms, and is finished to an impeccable standard. There is a lovely balcony with a table and chairs, the perfect spot for people watching.

Modern apartment tastefully decorated. Functional and fully equipped. Excellent communications to Barcelona city center (18min), airport (30min),"La Fira" exhibition center (10min). Quiet neighborhood. Two double br with very comfortable mattresses. Dining room with sofa bed. Lots of natural light throughout the day. AC, heat pump, high speed WIFI in all rooms. Flat TV with Netflix. Airbnb has awarded us as a superhost for the 2nd year and we like our guests to feel at home!

Next to Gran Vía (possible inconvenience: noisy in summer with open windows) 3 blocks from Ramblas Sabadell and Ferrocarriles-40 min Barcelona. Double bed in bedroom-sofa bed sleeps 2 in living room. No blinds, anti-linked curtains. Clean but not ironed linens From Barcelona airport it is difficult to access by public transport (bus and train)
