The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

The apartment is located in the Old Town of A Coruña, the city's most charming, pedestrian, historic and central neighborhood. It is a cozy 45 m 2 apartment, recently renovated. We have tried to recover and preserve its essence, taking care of the elements of an old house in the neighborhood of sailors and artisans - chestnut beams, stone fireplace... -. It has all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. Its decoration makes it very homely and cozy.

A stone house with a private pool and jacuzzi, recently restored, 140 m2 distributed over two floors. On the ground floor is the hallway that leads to a large and open space, where there is: the living room with a fireplace, smart TV, chaise longue sofa, the dining room and the kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with their bathrooms. From this floor you can access the terrace and the large garden where the private pool and jacuzzi are located.
