A Charming Home

Iconic home of La Coruña, equipped with galleries and fully renovated in January 2018. It is located in the heart of the city, next to the famous Calle de los Vinos and Plaza de Maria Pita and in front of the sea and sports dock. The house has been restored, maintaining the essence of its origin, but providing it with fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. New appliances, and a Nespresso coffee maker. Careful decoration. New bedding and towels, too. Amenities - The house has no parking, but there are three public parking lots, for a fee, just a few meters away. City bus stop, almost at the door, and bus to the airport at 100 m, with a frequency of 30 minutes. From the apartment, you can walk to all the areas of interest of La Coruña, as well as restaurants, tapas area and beaches. Supermarkets and TB Municipal Market is 5 minutes away. Guest support - at all times, if needed, via phone or email, you will also find in the apartment instruction guide apartment and local guide with restaurant recommendations and points of interest. Check-in and check-out times could be negotiable if we don't have the apartment occupied. Ability to accommodate a sixth person, preferably minor, with a 15% surcharge. ENGLISH Typical house of galerias, completely renovated in january 2018. Perfect location in the city center, in front of the sea and the sailing club. 5 minutes walk to Plaza de Maria Pita, old city and the famous Calle de los Vinos. New kitchen and toilets, new home appliances, and Nespresso Coffee maker. New towels and sheets too, Services - the appartment has not parking, but there are three public parkings, payable, a few meters from it. Bus stop just at the door, and airport bus stop, located at 100 meters, every 30 minutes. The appartment is walking distance from everywhere in the city, museums, restaurants, tapas bar, beaches, and also supermarket. Guest attention - I can be reached easily by phone and mail. There is a guide with the appartment instructions and also city guide and restaurants. Check in and check out times could be negotiable, when the appartment is not busy. An extra person, a minor advisable, could be hosted, with an extra 15% charge.

We had a wonderful family week!! The house is very large and spacious, with everything you need to not worry about anything, both bedding and towels and kitchen utensils and for the barbecue. We really enjoyed, especially the barbecue and porches in which to sit, eat, chat and enjoy the outdoors, and my son had a great time at the pool. One super nice detail that surprised us very positively is that Antonio had left us water, fruit and many things for breakfast, and super attentive and available when we needed to contact him. Both the house and Antonio's attention have met our expectations, we will definitely repeat as soon as we can. Totally recommended.

This is how an Airbnb accommodation should be. Our lovely hostess was warm and welcoming from the outset and was very informative. She and her husband had beautifully decorated our space and was spotlessly clean. The lovely breakfast (that is the second b in the name) was a lovely surprise as it was unexpected. We definitely recommend you to stay with Maria Luisa.

We stayed one night during our Camino to Santiago de Compostela. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. A bit out of the center but in a quiet area. We appreciated the muffins, cookies and coffee/tea available. The host was very kind. The only minus point is that we had to assemble the crib for the baby ourselves. But overall we had a good stay!

Ideal for the beach and seeing A Coruña, Ferrol and Santiago.

The apartment is great, Teresa and Carlos had left us everything prepared for our arrival. Everything is very clean, tidy and thoughtful. It is perfectly equipped (kitchen tools, bath and beach towels, bed linens...) and the best, is the location, it is a few minutes from the beaches and super close to the supermarkets. It is just half an hour drive from A Coruña or other villages known as Betanzos. Highly recommended to spend a few days getting to know Galicia.
