Cosy peaceful one-bedroom cottage in Pitlochry

KateRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
It’s so good we come back every year. Brilliantly placed in the town, away from the high street but easy walking distance to the amenities. Fiona was always so quick to respond and the place was so dog friendly it really made our stay perfect. Already booked for next year!!!

Adorable 2 Bedroom Eco-Friendly Character Cottage

GeoffreyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A delightful cottage to stay in with panoramic mountain views from a lovely south-facing garden. The cottage is warm (triple glazed) and very comfortable, equipped with everything you could need, including thoughtful extras, such as milk in the fridge and shortbread on arrival. Andreas made us very welcome and even treated us midweek to freshly baked scones with jam. It was the perfect base for a week of hill-walking around Pitlochry.

We really enjoyed our 2 night say in Strathtay. The cottage was really clean and cozy. The books, games and puzzles went down a treat. We would definitely recommend a stay in Red Squirrel cottage

Ronelle was the perfect host, excellent communication from start to finish. The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well equipped, It boasts an excellent central location close to all of the amenities, including very reasonably priced parking close by. We had a fabulous stay in Pitlochry and are hoping to return next year. 131 will definitely be the place to stay.

The Loft at Craiglea- wonderful woodland style!

PiperRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! Not only was the loft clean and cute on the inside but the property and backyard is gorgeous. Even though the loft is right next to the main house we still felt like we had our own private space. Location wise, we walked everywhere and had no issue (it’s particularly nice that the co-op is only a two minute walk away). We mostly went for the hiking and it was incredibly convenient that the trails we wanted to hit (like Ben Vrackie) were all nearby. Amenities wise, we had everything we needed. Most of all, Catriona was a lovely host who was responsive and happy to help us whenever needed. However, she was not alone in hosting as her two cats were especially helpful and friendly.

Garden Cottage in Highland Perthshire

JayRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We are just back from a wonderful week at garden cottage with our son and daughter-in-law and labradors. The cottage really did live up to expectations in a beautiful location up on a hill with great views. The cottage was well maintained and had everything that we could possibly need, the decor was lovely and we felt at home immediately. It was also great having a completely enclosed large garden for our dogs and with the beautiful weather we had, we definitely made the most of it! Host was great, responsive and friendly. Would definitely visit again! 😊

Albaplace Pitlochry

A truly excellent accommodation which was exactly as described and just like the photos. We particularly appreciated: -the proactive and responsive communication (Mhairi answered her phone immediately when we called her and also replied almost immediately to text messages) -constant hot water and fabulous rainfall shower (with plentiful shower gel also provided) -ability to control the heating (perfect for softie southerners) using the hive system -generous provision of snacks, croissants, teabags/coffee and a pint of milk left in the fridge -comfortable beds and lots of cosy blankets in the living room (another win for those that feel the cold) -central location with free parking nearby -flexible check out time (though obviously this may not always be available if new guests due) Worth mention that the flat is on the second floor so may not be as suitable for people with mobility issues and/or a lot of heavy luggage -not an issue for us as we were only staying one night.
