Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

There is off road parking, a private patio and garden, perfect for those long summer evening BBQ's. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than 5 minutes walk away. The walk along the coast path to the harbour is simply beautiful especially on a sunny summer evening.Walkers can enjoy exploring the area via the South-West Coast Path.

The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. This peaceful and central apartment is located at the top of Port Isaac village, step out of the front door to breathtaking views of the bay. There are plenty of walks on the doorstep, both Port Isaac and Port Gaverne beach are within a 5 minute walk. This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance.

The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.
