Ms. Ana is a super helpful, kind person, if something is needed, she responds promptly and resolves the need. The bed is super comfortable, balcony with beautiful view, air conditioning that perfectly cools the place, practical kitchen utensils. The place is centrally located and close to places and beaches in Porlamar, such as Concorde beach, Guacuco, Pampatar bay, the gastronomic area of Playa el Ángel, etc. Very happy to be there. I highly recommend it

The apartment is ideal for a perfect vacation. Carolina greeted us with a warm welcome and was attentive to our needs throughout the stay. The apartment is equipped with water tanks and an inverter, ensuring a continuous supply of water and electricity. The complex has a swimming pool, surveillance and is excellently maintained. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, excellent location, clean savannas and bathrooms as seen in the photos, the pool is excellent and the restaurant of the complex has very good food. Disadvantages: The master bedroom bathroom door does not close which is very uncomfortable when using the bathroom and the elevator did not serve the day we arrived.

My stay in Micaela's apartment, from January 3rd to 9th, was simply wonderful. Blanca, the hostess, welcomed me with a warmth that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Her attention throughout my stay was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. The apartment, located in the CCM Shopping Center, offered all the necessary amenities: an equipped kitchen, fridge, closet and clean towels. In addition, the convenience store, pizzerias, and car and bike rental services within the same shopping mall were very convenient. Blanca, in addition to being an excellent host, gave me a small tour of the area, showing me how close La Vela Shopping Center was, one of the largest on the island. There I was able to enjoy a gym, shops and restaurants. What I valued most was the security of the place. The parking lot has 24-hour surveillance and the guards are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. beachfront and one of the most moved areas on the island. Very good view from the apart. The building and the apart is very well maintained. It does not have water peoblemas. That's fine endowed se utensilios. It's worth the stay there.

The best apartment we could have gotten without a doubt. The location is unparalleled, in the middle of avenue with more than a dozen restaurants and locals one after the other, many options to eat, drink, and have a great time. Just below the building there is a 24 hour taxi station, which helped us mobilize around the island. The apartment has all the amenities, including the water tank that we never missed. It will undoubtedly be my trusted option for my next trips to the island.
