Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Poprad District

We stayed in Slavka's apartment and the experience was excellent. The location is simply unbeatable: the apartment is perfectly located, with spectacular views of the Tatra Mountains that can be enjoyed from the accommodation itself. In addition, it is close to many points of interest, making it a very convenient place to explore the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, something we really appreciated after days of hiking and excursions. Another point to highlight is the communication with Slavka, which was clear, fast and very friendly at all times. They make it very easy to get to the accommodation, and they also have private parking guarded by cameras, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The only drawback, however small, was that when the hot water was turned on, it gave off an unpleasant smell. It was not a constant problem or related to the pipes in general, but only when using hot water. You can't miss it!

It's a nice house. You wouldn't think from the outside how modern and well-equipped it is inside. Cleanliness, everything was needed down to the last detail. I think it's a good ride: a few minutes walk to the entrance of Suchá Belá. And Dusan is very kind, speaks great English, quick to respond and helpful.

Our stay at Ján's apartment was very pleasant. Communication via chat was a bit bumpy at first, which is probably due to the translation of AirBnB. Nevertheless, we found everything well. On site, we were greeted by Ján's son-in-law, who spoke English very well, so we could communicate easily. He was very friendly and helpful. From him we got tips for worthwhile excursions in the area. The apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished - we felt comfortable. It offers plenty of space and we had the opportunity to use the seating in the garden. The listing description on AirBnB is accurate. The neighborhood is very quiet. We thank Ján and his family for their hospitality and wish them all the best!

The house and the whole place is amazing : private and quiet :) It’s is even better in reality and contains everything we needed for the rest. We used grill, bath, place for volleyball, Netflix and board games. So, not only adults were happy but kids too. We were surprised as the house was really new, clean & has necessary things in bathrooms & kitchen. Having breakfast outside at terrace was another kind of pleasure. Big thanks to Milan for such love that was put into this place :) We were traveling for many hours to visit this place & its worth it :) Hope to back again next time! We will recommend your house to all of our friends and family members 😊

Fantastic accommodation, recently refurbished. Very comfortable beds, and all matching the described facilities and picture. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality accessories. We appreciated both the help with the activities in the region as well as the plenty of games and books available, making it an ideal choice for families. There is a calm green area around the cottage to sum up to all the other fantastic features of this accommodation. Last but not least, Ratko and Petra were really welcoming and kind hosts. An absolutelly recommended Airbnb!

Extremely warm and friendly hosts - Marek and Ivona have raised the bar on hospitality! Even their son helped us with local recommendations and suggestions. Their cottage is big and we were very comfortable. Ivona checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. They are incredibly kind and nice people. Very glad we stayed here!

Cozy apartment in the beautiful surroundings of the High Tatras. As a family with a small child, we had everything we needed. The communication with host Vladimiro was seamless. I can only recommend.

The apartment is gorgeous and the view is stunning. It does NOT include a sauna/wellness center like the pictures claim which is a bummer. You can pay €30 an hour for access which is absurd. Other than that, the apartment is perfect. Cute, bright and the host was very responsive. Very comfortable bed, well equiped kitchen (bring espresso beans, they have a great coffee machine!) and HBO & Netflix on the TVs. 30 minutes or less to most hikes, 2 minute drive or 6 minute walk to a grocery store and quiet.

Had a great stay and would definitely return. Fab location for exploring the beautiful countryside either on foot or via the electric train which stops 2mins walk away, but which you can’t hear from the property. Property itself is more spacious than the photos suggest and whilst basic, provides everything needed for a base from which to explore (with the exception of a corkscrew!). There is even a hotel with a bar open to the public and from which you can buy a basic breakfast or dinner within 2 minutes walk. Only issue was that whilst I knew the property was very close to the train station, I arrived in the dark, and phone signal was patchy, so the receptionist at the local hotel had to help me locate the property- but it’s really easy once you know, and the area feels nice and safe. We did a couple of great days walks - one direct from the accommodation, one from the local town which is 5mins on the electric train from the property (where there are also nice restaurants).

A big plus is the location close to the railway station, the market, and the bus station. We also liked the shelter in front of the building with a fireplace, in case of rainy days you can spend a nice time there and light a fire. Very nice service. You can see Łomnica from the window. Spacious apartment, plenty of room for children. The interior is adequate to the price. Linens and towels are very clean. The yard is very well maintained. I recommend it!

The place was very close to nature and it was wonderful to spend time here with family. Very quiet environment and we didn't miss anything during that time. Unique scenery and the night sky with the many stars was beautiful to dream. A recommendation for all families. Super nice. I'd love to come back!

My friends and I spent a winter long weekend in this beautiful place. The cottage is very nicely furnished, clean and well-designed and equipped - you have a large common area and at the same time privacy in 4 separate rooms. Children in the small children's play area will also come for their own. A big plus is the quiet location, sauna and proximity to the ski resort. We loved your stay, we recommend it, and would love to come back.

Our family rented the whole villa to spend Christmas together and it was amazing. We could all celebrate together whilst having some privacy in separate appartments. Everything was nicely decorated, great location and stocked up for all the needs you might have. The hosts were very helpfull and would respond quickly. Recommend!

I will not be original, but I fully confidently confirm all the positive reviews that have come up earlier. We really enjoyed our stay – the cottage met all our expectations and even exceeded them. What charmed us the most is not only the cottage itself, but also its surroundings: silence, fresh mountain air, and this unique atmosphere of the place. For someone who – like me – likes morning dog walks at 6am, it's a paradise😊. The cottage itself was exactly what we were looking for: clean, well-equipped, atmospheric, just cozy. We didn't miss anything. But the most fun was the fireplace – for us, the people of the block, it was something really special. The evenings by the fire had its charm and we will remember them for a long time. I wholeheartedly recommend this cottage to anyone who appreciates peace, contact with nature, mountains and long walks.

We loved our stay in the cabin and would highly recommend it. The directions for finding it from Jan were perfect. There is a bit of a walk from where you park your car but it’s very easy. The cabin is ideally situated in the Tatras for accessing all areas including some of the attractions to the south. There are so many caves, hikes and museums to visit, we ran out of time. Plus the exceptional train network meant you could park your car and get public transport if you wanted to. The cabin itself is located in a small cluster of cabins (but each having their own space). The neighbouring cabin is shielded by some trees so the garden does feel very secluded. You can hear some noise during the day when you’re in the garden (neighbours, motorbikes, the trains etc) but it really wasn’t intrusive. In fact, it was quite nice to hear. We are usually people who shy away from any sort of noise and it was fine for us. FYI - you can fly from Luton to Poprad via Wizzair. We can’t wait to return!

Lenka’s house is exactly as described in the listing with a sauna, jacuzzi and an outdoors grill/barbecue. It is set in a superb location close to multiple attractions such as ski resorts, mountain trails and hot springs. The area is very peaceful and private. 100% worth visiting in the winter and summer alike. Lenka and her partner were super hosts who welcomed us in person and were extremely helpful during our stay. This listing is perfect for short and long stays for couples and larger groups.
