Bertrand is a perfect host. Spoke very good English and was knowledgable about the surrounding area. Walking with the goats and a supply of fresh eggs is an addded bonus.

We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a big difference — from linens to a well-equipped kitchen and inviting decor. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Normandy. The Gite was perfect for us and our 19 month old son and we really appreciated the cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We were extremely lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool and played many games of Pétanque. Highly recommend and we would love to return.

We are delighted with our stay at this property. The house is spacious, well laid out, with several bathrooms and we were able to enjoy it without stepping on each other (6 adults and 6 children including 2 babies). The accommodation is clean, many amenities are offered (2 high chairs, a baby bath, a washing machine, a dryer, deckchairs, books, etc.). The exteriors are also perfectly maintained, with a large, fully enclosed plot. It is ideally located, close to the city center of Dives and a short half-hour walk from the city center of Cabourg. Regarding the hosts, 5/5 as well: available, responsive and accommodating! We'll be happy to go back!

Very beautiful house, perfectly located in the center of Deauville; a stone's throw from the beach. Thoughtfully designed decor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen. The small indoor pool is a very appreciable plus. Charming welcome by Natalia.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. The property and hosts were both excellent, we had a great time visiting an appreciated the private and beautiful location. It is very close to all Normandy historical attractions yet the property is tucked away in a small village that is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be truly wonderful people. Highly recommend!

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). Going to Normandy with my 83 year old grandpa was easy and exactly what we had hoped for thanks to Sandra’s location. Great space that was very quiet and private in a beautiful neighborhood, within a walkable distance to the city center. Highly recommend this place for any family to come and enjoy the sights of Normandy!

The house is located in a very nice environment and is equipped with all the comforts necessary for a good stay. We had a festive event at the Château de Creully and were able to prepare and stay in this pleasant accommodation in the evening.

We had an exceptional stay at Chantal and Jean's Charle. Their warm welcome made us feel immediately well. The accommodation, spacious and clean is perfect for relaxing in a quiet setting. Its location is ideal for exploring the region, with nearby restaurants, including Arromanches-sur-Mer and Bayeux, only 5 km away. Every morning, Chantal and Jean Charle prepared us a delicious breakfast, highlighting fresh products, accompanied of an excellent homemade cake. A big thank you to our hosts for their generosity and for making our stay so memorable!

An absolutely perfect place to stay! Benoit was a wonderful host. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and a great size for our family to stay in for several days. Located on a peaceful, quiet, charming street just a block or two from everything you need. Easy and free parking, and easy to drive in and out of the neighborhood. We enjoyed dining on the patio, listening to the church bells, and having a view of the church. Arromanches was a delightful town with beautiful beaches, charming streets, and all the amenities needed for a multi-day stay. A perfect home base for exploring Normandy. We can't wait to return!

Martine and Daniel are a very welcoming couple. They gave us ideas for places to visit and for good places to eat. The apartment is very comfortable and furnished to a high and tasteful standard.

We spent four nights in Bernieres sur Mer and from there took numerous excursions to the landing beaches (D-Day) and to Bayeux. Because the accommodation is very close to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach and go swimming frequently in the good weather. The accommodation is ideal for two people, everything necessary is available, modern and beautifully equipped.
