A nice apartment, well decorated and well equipped. Space is a real asset in a small room. A very cozy accommodation as its name perfectly suggests.

Super small accommodation, very pleasant, very well furnished, every corner is optimized, furnished with care, you feel very good there. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. The parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at Nadia and Fabrice's place. The accommodation is beautiful: decoration thought out in every detail, impeccable and comfortable bedding Equipment level, nothing to say, there's absolutely nothing missing Everything is done to make the stay even more enjoyable Big plus: we have two dogs and these are often not allowed. I had a lovely stay at Cédric's place. The accommodation is pleasant, clean and well appointed. Very good communication, clear instructions for arriving and using the accommodation. Its location allowed me to visit the region. The accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from Rennes and 1 hour from the nearest beaches.

We had a wonderful long stay at Annie and Mike’s. They were such helpful and kind hosts, and the house and surroundings were beautiful. Plenty to see and do in the area, and lots of peace and quiet too. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again!

We had a very pleasant weekend with 6. The accommodation was impeccable and very well equipped for 6 people, including towels. The exteriors were also very nice. Nothing to complain about this accommodation except that you can go there with your eyes closed!

We had a great time in Avignon. Pleasant house, peaceful environment and very welcoming and responsive host.

We liked the small but very cozy house very much. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and modern! The only downside was the very small couch...with 5 people you can't actually stay in the living area...but the beautiful garden offers enough space, which is very pleasant in good weather. The location is nice and quiet, yet within walking distance of the bakery and supermarket. The nearby beaches are very beautiful and at least in the low season still empty. Audrey and her family were very nice and accommodating and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly come back!

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

Amazing time for a family gathering staying in 4 well equipped Gites in quiet rural surroundings with bbq’s, private hot tubs and pool. Louise was very helpful with recommendations for day outs, places to eat etc

Pleasant place to recharge. Relaxing time ++. the pool and the jacuzzi, ideal for a pleasant moment.
