Holiday rentals with a patio in Pontinha

We were a group of four friends staying over a long weekend in this apartment and I have to say just wow! The apartment is very clean and has lots of space for a group of four. AC in every room, two balconys, full equiped kitchen and a short walk from lots of happenings in the city. Artur was an amazing host with good local recommendations, friendly messages and guidance. We loved our stay here and would love to come back!

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Lissabon und haben nach einer Unterkunft für drei Personen gesucht. Dieses Angebot entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen, da die Wohnung abseits dem Trubel und verkehrsberuhigt liegt. Dennoch, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Cafés sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch Haltestellen sind direkt in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr gut und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Petter is a wonderful host :-). The accommodation was just perfect: close to Lisbon, beautiful view to the atlantic ocean and surrounded by greenery and super private. Everything was exactly as described - maybe even better.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de trois jours dans ce joli logement propre et très bien équipé. Le petit jardin est un bel atout. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des hôtes, les petites attentions et le calme de l’endroit. Très facile de garer la voiture près de l’appartement et de prendre le transport en commun pour se rendre au centre-ville. Merci Bela et Carlos! Claudia was a super nice host und we really enjoyed the stay in her apartment. She welcomed us personally when we arrived and sent us some e recommendations for Lisbon, especially Graça where the apartment is located. We really enjoyed the afternoons at the pool (shared with 2 other apartments) after walking through Lisbon in the morning. The apartment was clean and renovated. Only small disadvantage was that you hear the neighbors in the apartment above when they are listening music or walking through their apartment. All in all we would recommend the apartment!

This Airbnb was the best experience I had in a long time, as it is not one of this soulless place where you deal only with a key box or a digital lock… Magda and Pedro are fantastic hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They even came to pick up our luggage from the main avenue, as the flat is in a pedestrian street, to store it for us while they were getting the flat ready, as we arrived early in the morning. We got a homemade cake and a bottle of wine as well as a welcome ! Pedro explained us everything about Setúbal, the places to visit, the restaurants to try… So this was an amazing humane experience. On top of this, the flat is super cosy, quiet, with a great outdoor space and all the amenities and supplies you may dream of. A true real gem managed by 2 amazing people we look forward to seeing again in the future !

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of old Lisbon. The lively atmosphere in the surrounding streets made the experience even more enjoyable. Access to the apartment was super easy with the code, and communication with the hosts was seamless. Highly recommend!

Highly highly highly recommend staying at Sofia's Airbnb! It's a beautiful former surf lodge that is a 5 min drive / 25 min walk to the beach, where her brother offers incredible discounted surf lessons. If you're in Lisbon for the beach, this stay is for you.

Wir haben uns bei Bruno und Rita sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und waren auch persönlich sehr sympathisch. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus und besonders der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum - jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen zu hören, war einfach wundervoll. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a casa alugada. Estava tudo limpo, organizado e bem cuidado. O ambiente era calmo e confortável, e senti-me em casa durante toda a estadia. O atendimento foi excelente, muito atencioso e respeitoso, e gostei muito da forma como tudo foi tratado com profissionalismo e simpatia. Recomendo a experiência e, se puder, voltarei com certeza. We really enjoyed our stay at Leonor’s place. It is spacious and very tastefully decorated and the patio is definitely the best part. Leonor was very responsive and helpful. Would visit again :)

Beautiful Villa in the heart of old town of Sintra. The villa is probably the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in during our many years of travel! The villa is very roomy and beautifully decorated. It is located off a quiet street with a private courtyard, so you can enjoy the green space too. The villa is equipped with many amenities, a comfortable bed, and a large shower with hot water and great water pressure! (If you are driving, they will send instructions to enter the old town and where to park.) We had the pleasure of meeting Rita and Patricia on our first day. I’m glad we did! They are amazing hosts and really care about their guests and take pride in their villa. They provided us with things to do, places to eat, and a guide about the villa. My husband even hurt his back and Rita provided us with the location to go and followed up to make sure he was feeling better. We are truly happy to have met them and stayed at their villa. We wish them all the best and future success!!

La casa Da Encosta es preciosa, es mi tipo de alojamiento ideal en donde uno siente estar en un hogar! Está ubicada en una zona residencial muy tranquila, aislada del movimiento turístico en Sintra. Es fácil moverse desde allí en Uber hacia la zona turística y un placer regresar luego a la tranquilidad de la casa al final del día. La comunicación con el anfitrión fué eficiente y rápida. Desde antes de llegar conté con un documento con instrucciones sobre todo lo que pudiera necesitar. Un placer mi estadía en Sintra!

Casa do Forno at Quinta Velha is simply wonderful. It is beautiful and private, with fantastic views. Every morning for breakfast, we sat outside and looked up at the Moorish castle. The place was spotlessly, clean and beautifully furnished. It was a wonderful getaway from the crowds at Sintra. The bed was very comfortable and our host furnished everything we needed. Ines is a truly great host. She not only helped us with dinner reservations, but also told us all about the fascinating history of her property. It is one of the nicest Airbnbs that we have stayed at. I would definitely return if I come to Portugal again!

Highly recommend this Airbnb! Check in was extremely easy Simone was there to walk us through everything and was very responsive throughout the planning process. The apartment itself was very clean and included a full kitchen as well as a washer. Situated in a quiet corner but only takes 10-15 minutes to travel into the main city.

This is a prime location for visiting all of Lisbon! The whole process as easy and the apartment is spacious! The hostess also provided a fantastic list of local recommendations.

We had a fantastic one week stay! Luciana has a spacious and well equipped apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Accessible by public transport, also pretty walkable everywhere if you’re up for walking. Luciana is a fantastic host, friendly, accommodating and made us feel like home. Thank you Luciana! Definitely a great place to stay!

The house is very spacious—perfect for our family of four and easily comfortable for up to three couples. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, quickly answering all our questions and even bringing us extra tissues when we asked. We truly enjoyed our stay here. A highlight was discovering a lovely nearby café with delicious homemade food! We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had an incredible stay at Paulo’s Airbnb in Portugal! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was easy, and the space was exactly as described (if not better!). The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to nearby attractions, beaches, and restaurants,yet still peaceful and relaxing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like welcome wine and tea! Communication with Paulo was fantastic; they were always quick to respond and gave great recommendations that made our trip even better. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I would 100% stay here again. If you’re visiting Portugal, don’t hesitate to book this place—you won’t regret it!!

We found the condo very comfortable and large. It was very convenient to downtown Cascais and an easy 10 minute walk. The Wednesday Cascais Market is right across the street from the Condo and great fro fresh vegetable, fruit and fish. We would stay there again and highly recommend it
