Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ponticelli, Naples

We had a great stay at Mario’s place!! My friends and I had done a backpacking trip and Mario was kind enough to pick us up from the train station on arrival with our bags as it’s about a 20-25min walk uphill from the Seiano station to the air bnb. Mario was so kind during check in, pointing out all the nearby restaurants, super markets and giving us recommendations. He had supplied us with enough goodies for our first breakfast and provided us with a contact for taxi service that we so gratefully used a few times during hot temperatures and after tiring days! They were so sweet. The walk to the air bnb after each outing was intimidating at first but definitely doable, 20min walk to the train station to access Sorrento and other nearby towns and 20-25mins to the Seiano beaches. The view from the air bnb overlooking the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius is absolutely breathtaking and definitely worth all the steps! Such a peaceful location to end off our trip.

Stefano is a very kind and helpful Super Host. It has to do with a very polite person, exquisite always ready to advise you and help you for any need. It makes you feel truly like family. Very comfortable, clean and cozy place, it offers all the amenities you may need. Located in a perfect location, it is practically right in the historic center but still located in a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle. On Sorrento, it should only be said that it deserves to be visited at least once in your life !!

Our family loved Monica's spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment for our four-night stay. It's ideally located just steps from Università metro and walking distance to many attractions. A small store across the street and a larger supermarket (Todis) 10 minutes away cover all your essential needs. Highly recommended for families!

Amazing stay in Naples!! Clean, has everything you can think of for guests, even provided breakfast items. The whole place was super clean. Anna was incredibly flexible and responsive, gave great recommendations. The balconies were amazing, can’t safe enough good things about our stay here!

friendly warm host who was very friendly, the apartment is in a terrific location with super restaurants, close to the theatre and shopping areas, the apartment was very clean and charming with a well stocked kitcken , we have rented in Napoli several times and Luigi's is the best, we absolutely loved our holiday and Luigi contributed to this , thanks

The communication with Italia was great. She provided very clear check-in instructions complete with videos to ensure there were no issues. She was a very responsive host to all my communication even when I asked questions I could have found answers to in house manual. The apartment is huge! It is exactly as described and pictured. The house rules are simple and reasonable. She was accommodating of our shifting arrival time and was gracious to store our bags for a couple hours after checkout. The space was quiet and the area is a very immersive experience. Great if you want that. Overall a great experience and Italia was a great host.

Dario was the most helpful and kindest host so far during our time throughout Italy. He is very responsive and goes above and beyond. He gave us so many recommendations and the recommended restaurants and caffe’s were great! We did have a slight hiccup when arriving as the cleaning lady had locked the Airbnb keys in the room. Thankfully Dario got back to us and gave us the code for the backup key. He was even so kind and provided us breakfast the next day to make up for this hiccup. The Airbnb itself is stunning, clean, and the most gorgeous view especially at sunrise. Please keep in mind there are several flights of stairs and no elevator, but I promise you it is worth it for the balcony view and to build your cardio lol over all I would stay with Dario again if I’m ever in Napoli!

Marco’s apartment was perfect. It is a very good size and well equipped. There are outstanding views from the terrace. On my arrival it was raining heavily & dark so I asked Marco if he could recommend anywhere nearby to eat. He made some good suggestions but also let me know he could arrange delivery of food from his own restaurant which is what I opted for - best choice ever !! The food and the service were outstanding so I did the same the following night. Marco was fantastic as a host. Whenever I messaged he responded almost straight away & was so helpful. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Procida & hopefully I’ll return.

Very clean place and the host was very responsive. Everything we needed for our stay like towels, soap, cooking utensils, and more were there. Great location near 2 train station stops. I definitely recommend!

Alessandra’s villa is gorgeous! The view was phenomenal and the place very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend. Love to come back sometime. There is obviously lots of stairs to go anywhere in the area so might want to consider that when booking. Thank you Alessandra!

We had a wonderful stay at Ramona’s place. It’s very well located in the middle of everything and super quiet.! The apartment is recently renovated and felt like home. The rooftop has a wonderful view and is a great place to chill. Ramona was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all our queries. She recommended wonderful restaurants and always made sure we would have the best available table. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the view. The hot tub was a nice bonus. It was located higher up and about a 20 min walk down any stairs to the city center and the beach. Perfect if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful place to stay in the Meta but nicely secluded with plenty of space to relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and found our hosts very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast selection was lovely and they even brought us home made cake and wine. Would definitely recommend

Good stay, nice apartment to enjoy Vomero and the city of Napoli !

A great place for a family or group of friends. You will love sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. Kitchen had coffee and morning treats stocked and everything was very clean and in working order. Washer and dryer was great for our family of 3. Numerous restaurants just moments away. Groceries and bus stop up a bunch of steps but very manageable. Walking up to the unit was a workout, but with pull carry-ons and a backpack each, was manageable if you just take the few stairs to the right of the harbour and then the main road. We took the steps up which was a challenge but we just stopped when needed. Taking the road all the way down to the port was easy - about 25-30 mins. Was an unforgettable stay in one of the most unique cities - thank you so much!

We really enjoyed the accommodation offered by Luigi. Certainly the view of the facade may surprise but once inside the accommodation is clean, quiet, comfortable and very well secured. In addition, the apartment has everything, everything is provided. The location is 15 minutes from the train station and the center. Communication with Luigi is easy and efficient. He responds immediately to our questions. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends.

Comfortable self-sufficient apartment in a great central location, near to most Naples attractions and transportation. The house was as described. Having a full kitchen and a washer-dryer was great. Enrico is very friendly and responsive. He recommended a walking route that covered most central Naples attractions.

Wonderful stay with Leonardo! It was perfect, short walk from the dock to the flat with my backpack on. Great restaurants downstairs, perfect for exploring Procida.

We loved this home and wish we could have stayed longer! It's centrally located near everything - the port, the metro, and Via Toledo. And yet, it was still very quiet and secure. Maria was there to meet us when we arrived and she couldn't have been more hospitable! She did a walkthrough of everything with us and was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. She's a fabulous host! We would definitely stay here again.

Our experience at Anna‘s place was absolutely perfect. The apartment was flawless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (Wifi, Kitchen, Washing Machine, Hairdryer etc.) The location is ideal, right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of many key attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. Anna was incredibly welcoming and provided us with fantastic recommendations. Communication was super quick and easy. Anna also arranged us a taxi for our way back to the airport and always had an open ear for extra-wishes. If you're looking for the perfect base to explore the Gulf of Naples, this is it!
