Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ponticelli, Naples

We spent a relaxing few nights in this lovely Airbnb, its fairly high up the hill but you can catch the bus from the centre of Positano for a few euros which drops you just outside of the apartment opposite the. We loved sitting on the balcony with some snacks and a bottle or two of wine watching the sunset and looking at the amazing views. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. We were checked in by Angelo who couldn’t have been more helpful and gave us some great tips for restaurants and what was in the local area and the easiest way down to the centre of Positano. We booked porter service to bring our luggage up to the apartment but we walked back down to the port on leaving along the road which is downhill all the way and very easy to navigate with cases and it took it around 15 to 20 mins at a gentle pace. A fab place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our first time in Positano. The views are breathtaking, the location is very convenient and the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. Letizia and Grady are superb hosts. They were very helpful in preparation for our trip, Grady greeted us on arrival and arranged porters to move our bags when we checked in and out (pro tip for any first timers: don’t think twice about hiring porters, you won’t regret it). Their guidebook was full of great suggestions and made it really easy for us to plan our stay. I know we will be back to Positano someday and this will be the first place we book!

Couldn‘t be happier. It was very clean, everything was arranged and installed, and it even had backups of toothbrushes. While we spent a few minutes looking for it, it was actually very well described. The location is great. Park your car, get out and enjoy the city.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The area is very close to main attractions. It was also very quiet at night, honestly the quietest place that we've stayed at any AirBnb in any city in all of Europe. Our host was kind and very responsive to any questions. The apartment was clean and very large. The apartment also felt very secure.We would certainly stay at this apartment again when we return to Napoli.

We had such a wonderful stay! Monica was incredibly friendly and welcoming — she truly made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Roberta è un host fantastica e la casa perfetta per un weekend di musica (super comoda per raggiungere lo stadio Maradona) in famiglia (la casa dispone di tutti gli optional!).

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly proactive—reaching out with all the necessary details and quick responses to any questions I had. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and within walkable distance to the airport. One thing I really appreciated was the host’s flexibility. My car rental wasn’t until later in the afternoon, and they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout so I could explore the area without any hassle. It made a big difference to my day and was just another example of how thoughtful and accommodating they were throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and welcoming Airbnb experience!

Logement bien situé à proximité de la gare et proche des ruines. Nombreux commerces et restaurants aux alentours peu cher (pizzéria du bout de la rue) ou classe (Garum spécialité poisson) selon vos envies. Carmine est réactif et plein de gentillesse. Le logement est très bien et il y a un parking fermé.

A localização é ótima, apesar de ter uma escadinha para chegar no apartamento. Gostamos bastante, as informações foram bem claras e muito simpáticos. Teve a final do campeonato com vitória do Napoli e ainda sim conseguimos dormir devido a janela a prova de som.

La locación del apartamento de Barbara es súper conveniente con una zona linda y cercana a restaurantes, segura para caminar. El lugar divino, me encantó el diseño y el confort que ofrece, descansé increíble y nos permitió un fácil acceso a lo que teníamos programado realizar. Barbara siempre estuvo pendiente de una manera proactiva, cálida y amigable. Si alguna vez regresó a Nápoles sin duda buscaré alojarme de nuevo aquí. La recomiendo ampliamente.

Magnifique séjour chez Fabrizio, accueillant, sympathique et très réactif. Lieu parfait pour naviguer entre Naples et la côte almafitaine avec un gros plus, le parking à disposition. L’appartement est charmant, pratique, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y être confortablement installés. Et terrasse avec vue extraordinaire sur la baie de Naples et le Vésuve. Je recommande vivement !

Fabulous apartment. Truly spectacular views out to the sea and islands and lovely little balconies (even the back bedroom had a cute balcony with pretty view of greenery). Large airy apartment that was ideal for our family which required three separate bedrooms and appreciated two shower rooms. Everyone blown away by the fabulous views not only of the sea but this bustling Naples suburb below. Great restaurants and quality food shopping on the doorstep as was the bus that takes you into the centre of Naples or further along the coast in the other direction. We mixed city centre site seeing with three days on the paid for beaches (2 at Bagno Elena, 10 minute walk or short bus trip on the way into town, 1 at Baia Delle Rocce Verdi further along Posillipo coast on bus then 20 minute walk to resort or taxi). Great host, prompt and friendly responses, and lovely in person welcome. Would thoroughly recommend this home and a visit to Naples.

Great host! Though we didn't have many questions (cause everything was perfectly communicated before hand and in great detail), every time we did, host was super responsive! When we arrived, she showed us around the house, gave us recommendations what to do (she even has her own brochure!) and how to get around. We received a very detailed instructions how to find the accommodation (though we still managed to miss it, I blame the heat..) accommodation is located less than a 9min from subway station which can get you basically anywhere central. If you like to walk, it's relatively walkable distance too! We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Spacious balcony/terrace that we've spent every night reminiscing adventures of the day. AC in every room, spacious, clean, well stocked up with basic toiletries. Couldn't fault it even if I wanted to! Oh, and did I say that Monica was friendly and very sweet!

An absolutely stellar experience. Nico is super nice and gave us the best reccomendations. The roof terrace is out of this world gorgeus and was the perfect haven from Napoli when the heat and noise gets a bit much after a long day. The view is superb. Its like a tropical wonderland with all the beautiful plants. If we ever go back to Napoli, we will come back 💯 pct. The apartment is very, very clean. Bed is good. 10/10. Very nice people.

Marco was a fantastic and responsive host. We were able to leave bags whilst exploring the city which was very helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipt with everything we needed. The terrace was a great size and has views of a beautiful church and tower. Beds were very comfortable and the appartment was spotless. The building has a very friendly concierge during the week and a lift. Great location close to restaurants, bars and the port :) I would definitely stay again! A beautiful clean apartment with the most magnificent views over the Bay of Naples. Annamarie and her daughter were wonderful hosts. Attentive , knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. Great location and very close to the funicular to get down into the main town. Also very close to the metro too. Annamarie and her daughter Jessica were extremely responsive hosts to any questions we had about getting around , restaurants and food shopping. I would highly recommend the apartment to all my friends and family. Naples is definitely a city worth staying a while in.

Très bon logement, bien équipé, avec une grande terrasse et cuisine d'été très agréables. L'endroit est idéal pour aller visiter Pompei à pied. Roberta est très réactive à nos demandes. Le seul petit bémol est l'accès au logement. Un treuil permet de monter les valises au 3 étage. Il faut ensuite emprunter un tout petit escalier en colimaçon pour arriver à l'appartement. Nous sommes ravis de nos 2 jours passés à Pompéi.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft wurden wir von einem wunderbaren Duft empfangen – es fühlte sich fast an, als würden wir ein exklusives Duftgeschäft betreten. Die Wohnung war nicht nur äußerst sauber, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Carla ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin: herzlich, sympathisch, aufmerksam und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Täglich erkundigte sie sich freundlich, ob wir etwas benötigen oder ob sie uns mit Tipps weiterhelfen kann. Sie empfahl uns wunderschöne Orte und stand uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts digital zur Seite – jederzeit erreichbar und mit großem Engagement. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ein Hinweis, den auch Carla selbst gibt: Die Lage eignet sich gut, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Wir haben 4 Nächte dort verbracht und sind jeden Morgen gegen 7–8 Uhr zu Ausflügen aufgebrochen. Von dort aus konnten wir bequem Sorrent, Positano, Capri.

We had a lovely time at Helgas place in Sorrento! Clean and beautiful space, open and gorgeous surroundings! The check in process was super easy, one of the lovely hosts met with us and showed us everything, really responsive and helpful when we needed anything! We enjoyed a couple mornings in the private courtyard and watching the sunset down on the balcony by the sea! Wondering through the lemon and orange groves was picturesque! Sorrento was a great place to visit, the town and restaurants and beach clubs all within a 20 minute walk We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sorrento, we wish we could have stayed longer!

Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay. Apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need for a great stay. It’s very centrally located so you can walk easily to all the main tourist attractions. It’s a perfect place to stay and enjoy everything Naples has to offer.

Marina was a great host right from the start. She kept us up to date about checking in a little bit earlier, gave us proper walking directions from the train station and greeted us at the door. Everything in Marina’s home looks brand new and she provided all the amenities for our stay from towels to kitchen ware to washer Nd even water in the fridge. Before she left, Marina provided us with a list of things to do, places to eat and things to see! Overall a great experience with Marina, we really felt like we had a family friend watching out for us!

L'appartamento di Maria Teresa corrisponde esattamente a quanto mostrato nelle foto e nella descrizione: spazioso, moderno, pulito e con una terrazza piacevole da vivere. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce, e l’host è stata disponibile sia per le richieste pratiche che per offrire consigli utili. Due grandi plus: l'appartamento è estremamente silenzioso e si trova a due passi veri dalla stazione centrale, il che lo rende molto comodo per gli spostamenti.
