We had a wonderful stay at pierre luigis home. It looks just like the pictures and is a very homey, relaxing place to stay. Has everything you need on hand. We loved the porch and its view and enjoyed the o of the hot tub. Great location to explore surrounding towns! Had a great time!

What can we say. What a perfect location and wonderful hosts. A cozy, historic apartment in a beautiful town. Our hosts were so patient with our questions and our challenge with directions. LOL Being able to hunker down and have this charming city at your feet to explore is a gift. We didn't want to leave.

Adele and Patrik are a great team. Adele met us in the square, as we had a rental car, and then helped us with our bags to the home. It’s a decent walk—we had two kids and grandmas with us—and thankfully, everyone was able to manage the steep walkways. The views from this home are the best we’ve ever seen. You’re just a 3–5 minute walk, depending on your pace, from a small grocery shop, restaurants, a church, the underground tour, and more. It was the perfect location for the wedding we attended. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes, so a rental car isn’t really necessary unless you’re traveling after hours. Adele was available 24/7 to answer questions and was very accommodating. Our entire family had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful location with beautiful views from the terrace of the surrounding countryside. The home is very charming inside with its renovation.

Homeowners were kind and helpful right away. The apartment is really charming, bright, clean and equipped with every comfort that is part of a former convent and enjoys an exceptional view, both from the interior cloister that I invite you to visit, and from the window of the double bedroom. It is also close to the center of Todi, in Piazza del Popolo, very lively and full of clubs and parking is easily reached with the free shuttle bus service. The whole experience was incredible. James & Pietro were super friendly, communicative, proactive, helpful and flexible - outstanding hosts. James met us when he arrived, and he made us feel at home straight away and was really responsive if we had any questions, but also extremely respectful of our privacy. Pietro & James have put so much thought into making every aspect of the stay outstanding. The house is lovely and felt spacious. The pool, gardens & views are stunning & the whole set-up is designed in a way that you have total privacy. There are multiple outside spaces where you can relax, surrounded by peace and nature. The kitchen is a real cooks' kitchen, and between that and the large brick-built BBQ, you can basically create your own restaurant set-up at the house. We were blown away by all the food and drink treats left for us, e.g. fresh pasticcini, wine, beer, pasta etc. Beautiful part of Umbria, breath-taking location with endless lovely places to visit. Total perfection.

What a gem! The house, garden, and pool are beautiful and inviting. The house has a lot of charm and combines the traditional style of the country house with modern elements! The pool is situated in a lovely garden with several seating areas and has the most amazing view over the breathtaking Umbrien countryside! Everything is very quiet and peaceful. Maryse, Eduard, and their dog Koos are simply lovely. Koos and our dog got along very well wich was a big plus for us and we enjoyed watching them play together. Maryse gave us lots of recommendations about things to do and places to have lunch or dinner and also offered to make reservations for us. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Paolo and Floras, it is such a paradise. A perfect spot to relax for a few days! Would definitely return
