Holiday rentals with a patio in Ponte San Nicolò

We had a really pleasant stay at this apartment. Very spacious, clean and located close to the city center. The host was also very flexible and easy to get in contact with, would recommend staying here!

The host was amazing! She met us at the check-in point and provided helpful tips, including exactly where to purchase bus tickets. The place was very clean and family-friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would also definitely come back.

Light, airy apartment, sparkling clean. Nice big balcony that gets all the afternoon sun, nicer in the morning and evening when the sun has gone off it a bit more. We could maybe have used a few more knives, forks, mugs etc, so that we didn't have to put the dishwasher on so much. Alberto met us at the apartment and helped us with the luggage up the stairs, the lift is a bit slow and "characterful" 😂. He sent us lots of suggestions for places to eat and food shops, places to visit. Not too far from lots of nice restaurants, Pam supermarket at 5 mins walk, though we preferred the conad which is a bit further out. Would recommend!

The villa is very nice with most basic amenities provided. Public transport is nearby too which can get you to the main city and even the metre station easily. It has a private backyard too! Overall a pleasant stay.

Ottimo host, puntuale, disponibile ed estremamente preciso. Appartamento ben fornito con doppie scrivanie, doppia stanza, doppio bagno (entrambi i bagni hanno le docce). Unico appunto, fornirei un po’ più di saponi per il corpo/intimo. Frigorifero spazioso, cucina con fornelli ad induzione, aria condizionata funzionante e necessaria per chi decide di alloggiare nel periodo estivo. Zona centralissima in piena ztl (seguite le indicazioni che vi fornirà l’host qualora decideste di soggiornare qui con la vostra auto), tuttavia in zona sono presenti diversi posteggi strisce blu e a pochi minuti in più a piedi è possibile anche trovare qualcosa su striscia bianca. Via tranquilla e silenziosa. Soggiornerei volentieri un’altra volta qui se dovesse capitare occasione. Accesso con codici, non è necessario quindi portare con sè una chiave fisica (molto comodo). Promosso.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Veronica clearly understands the concept of creating a home away from home. We were well catered for and felt safe. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting Dolo.

Carlos Parterre Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer gut ausgerüsteten Wohnküche und einem grosszügigen und hohen Wohnzimmer, welches Zugang zu einem schönen kleinen privaten Hof bietet, den wir regelmässig benutzten. Wir fühlten uns sogleich sehr wohl hier und und können diese Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen. Carlo ist zudem ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer sofort auf unsere Wünsche reagierte. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen für Besichtigungen, liegen doch viele berühmte Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Gehdistanz. Auch sind tolle Restaurants und Bars etc. in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wir können uns kaum eine idealere Unterkunft vorstellen.

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Bus in Venedig, dieser hält quasi vor der Tür, auch der Airport ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr neu und sauber und man findet alles nötige für den Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem schnell wenn man Fragen oder ein Anliegen hat. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paola et Roberto. C'est un couple charmant et très accueillant. Ils nous ont accueillis à l'aéroport ce qui est un plus, important. La maison est magnifique dans un quartier calme et agréable. Ils nous ont été de bons conseils pour les transports en commun. Nous les recommandons vivement, vous ne le regretterez pas. Nous reviendrons surement rendre visite à Paola et Roberto. Un grand Merci encore Paola et Roberto

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Bellissimo appartamento con giardino in posizione molto comoda vicino al centro di Mirano. Stefania è stata molto gentile e attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. Non posso che consigliarlo!

Es hat alles gestimmt. Eine ruhige, gute Lage. Zu Fuß kann man alle nötigen Geschäfte finden, in 5 Minuten. Gute Lage zum Bahnhof, in 15 Min. mit dem Zug in Venedig. 10 Autominuten zum Brentakanal , wo man wunderschöne Villen besichtigen kann. Im Garten kann man unter Bäumen sitzen, die Klimaanlage ist sehr angenehm. Vermieter äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Nice place, good restaurant round the corner

this place is amazing! furnished with style and good taste, felt instantly like home. michele is very kind and easygoing. everything is nearby, as Padova is a walkable city. fantastic pasticceria with delicious breakfast just around the corner. for the people travelling by car, a real deal - one can park the car right in front of the property. and it is free of charge. highly recommended!!

Beautiful apartment, everything was as described. The owners have amazing taste in furniture and music. We enjoyed the stay very much.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in the heart of Padua! Our stay at this Airbnb in Padua was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, stylishly furnished, extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to all the main sights, cafés, markets, and public transport. Parking was safe and easy, just in front of the door. Vittorio was incredibly kind and responsive. Padua itself is a hidden gem – full of history, art, and charm – and this apartment was the perfect base to explore it from. we went from Padua to Venice in 30 minutes with train. Our kids loved the apartmebnt so much. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed in Fabiola's apartment for one night and only negative was not having more time to spend at least another day exploring the city! Very nice location, a few steps away from the canal but close to plenty nearby cafes and restaurants. We took the Alilaguna straight from the airport to Guglie which was convenient even with 3 kids and luggage 😊 Fabiola had arranged an easy check-in proactively. Spacious place for two but as we spent very little time inside it was enough for 5 as well. Baby bed, super nice bathroom, clean kitchen and access direct from the street. All in all very neat but still authentic Venice feel 😊

Très agréable logement et très typique, dans un quartier calme un peu à l'écart du brouhaha du centre ville, proche d'une petite place ou on peut trouver toutes les commodités (supérette, restaurant, boulangerie, glacier, primeur local ..) et une superbe terrasse dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter (météo !!)

First of all, this is a perfect little apartment, so I don't know where to start. Bad - Perfect, comfy. Kitchen - modern, clean, with useful amenities. Bathroom - big, clean, and organized. Small garden perfect for breakfast. Everything is so well organized; whatever you think you need, it's there. Luisa is a perfect Host, never had better. Answering all questions, good information. She is very thoughtful. I can keep like this forever. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN VICENZA

Piccolo appartamento completo di tutto il necessario, anche un piccolo terrazzino circondato da piante.🪴 Se posso dare un consiglio utilizzerei tessuti diversi per le lenzuola. Facile il parcheggio, zona comoda a tutti i servizi. Molte grazie!
