Holiday rentals with a patio in Ponte San Nicolò

The host was amazing! She met us at the check-in point and provided helpful tips, including exactly where to purchase bus tickets. The place was very clean and family-friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would also definitely come back.

Light, airy apartment, sparkling clean. Nice big balcony that gets all the afternoon sun, nicer in the morning and evening when the sun has gone off it a bit more. We could maybe have used a few more knives, forks, mugs etc, so that we didn't have to put the dishwasher on so much. Alberto met us at the apartment and helped us with the luggage up the stairs, the lift is a bit slow and "characterful" 😂. He sent us lots of suggestions for places to eat and food shops, places to visit. Not too far from lots of nice restaurants, Pam supermarket at 5 mins walk, though we preferred the conad which is a bit further out. Would recommend!

Excellent host, punctual, helpful and extremely precise. Well-equipped apartment with double desks, double bedroom, double bathroom (both bathrooms have showers). One thing, I would provide a little more body/intimate soaps. Spacious refrigerator, kitchen with induction stove, working air conditioning, which is necessary for those who decide to stay in the summer. Very central area in the middle of the ZTL (follow the directions that the host will give you if you decide to stay here with your car), however in the area there are several blue stripe parking spaces and a few more minutes on foot you can also find something on a white stripe. Quiet and peaceful street. I would gladly stay here again if the opportunity arose. Access with codes, so it is not necessary to carry a physical key with you (very convenient). Promoted.

Nicolo's apartment is perfect. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. The decor is understated, quite suitable for an Airbnb. Very good location, both for access to the beaches and to visit Venice. Nicolo is responsive, everything went very well, thank you.

Veronica clearly understands the concept of creating a home away from home. We were well catered for and felt safe. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting Dolo.

This B&B location is great, just a few steps across from Mestre train station, 2nd floor but there is an elevator, the room is large, clean, the internet is good, and the air conditioning is automatic. There is a washing machine, but it would be better if there was a dryer.

Carlo's apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean, with a beautiful patio. Centrally located in a vibrant area, with lots of restaurants, bars, museums and shops close by, it was perfect for us. Carlo was always available and had lots of good advice. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

We were greeted with courtesy and kindness by the host, in a clean and elegant environment. The structure is minimalist, simple and well organized. Complete with all the comforts and all those little things that make the difference between excellent and perfect. The double service is an extra touch, very useful for a family trip as it was for us. I would choose it again on a hypothetical next trip to Padua.

Very quiet location, apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very good connection to Venice with a car. The host provided us with very useful information. Faina is a very kind and caring person.

Paola is a most generous host, both with what she provides in the house and also with her time, sitting down with us to help us plan our trip into Venice, which is easily reached (20 mins on the train). Excellent location for both Venice and Treviso as well as others. Some nice local cycle routes as well. Paola made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and the home had everything, and more, that we needed for a short but wonderful stay.

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning - that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages for us - we would come back at any time!

Friendly and helpful host, the tavern was welcoming, well organized and clean. The area is quiet and, if you need it, I'll be happy to come back.

the house is beautifully located, very quiet and in the middle of beautiful nature. The house itself was basic, there was not much cutlery available, there was only 1 coffee spoon, for example.

Great apartment near Venice. Check-in and out were uncomplicated and Nicole gave us good tips for the area and also helped us with the transfer. There are bicycles, so you can also shop and ride to the nearby beach. The apartment is spacious, has exterior blinds and fly screens. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We would come back again and again:)

this place is amazing! furnished with style and good taste, felt instantly like home. michele is very kind and easygoing. everything is nearby, as Padova is a walkable city. fantastic pasticceria with delicious breakfast just around the corner. for the people travelling by car, a real deal - one can park the car right in front of the property. and it is free of charge. highly recommended!!

Their place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into the small touches—from the cozy linens to the local tips they shared. The location was also perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything I needed. What really stood out, though, was their warmth and hospitality. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We stayed in Fabiola's apartment for one night and only negative was not having more time to spend at least another day exploring the city! Very nice location, a few steps away from the canal but close to plenty nearby cafes and restaurants. We took the Alilaguna straight from the airport to Guglie which was convenient even with 3 kids and luggage 😊 Fabiola had arranged an easy check-in proactively. Spacious place for two but as we spent very little time inside it was enough for 5 as well. Baby bed, super nice bathroom, clean kitchen and access direct from the street. All in all very neat but still authentic Venice feel 😊

First of all, this is a perfect little apartment, so I don't know where to start. Bad - Perfect, comfy. Kitchen - modern, clean, with useful amenities. Bathroom - big, clean, and organized. Small garden perfect for breakfast. Everything is so well organized; whatever you think you need, it's there. Luisa is a perfect Host, never had better. Answering all questions, good information. She is very thoughtful. I can keep like this forever. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN VICENZA

Small apartment complete with everything you need, even a small terrace surrounded by plants.🪴 If I may give a piece of advice, I would use different fabrics for the sheets. Easy parking, convenient area for all services. Thank you very much!
