Queen bed, home office, full kitchen, comfortable shower (not electric), 350MB internet, view of the greenery and side sea. Standard bed linen, towels and soap/shampoo, Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Condominium with laundry (paid) and study room. Only 5 minutes from Beira Mar. Apartment decorated in the best region of city - Downtown 5 min to Hercílio Luz Bridge. Top Market is a commercial space and is next to the condominium. There is an Angeloni supermarket next door. It is a convenience to have a good variety of restaurants, nearby bars. The apartment is very well equipped, thought out in the details to provide a moment of rest and a lot of comfort. Welcome and feel at home.

We spent a simply unforgettable weekend. The experience exceeded all our expectations! The place is surrounded by nature on all sides — we woke up to the sound of birds, we saw nearby monkeys (and even came to eat in our hand!), we walked to the beach to enjoy the lagoon, and at night we enjoyed a campfire under the starry sky and entitled to whirlpool. The hut is cozy, clean and very well-equipped, with every detail thought out with affection. It was a real break from routine, in an atmosphere of peace, silence and beauty. We greatly thank the host couple for their warm and attentive reception. You made us feel at home from the first moment. We sure want to come back soon!

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

It's definitely one of the best apartments I've ever rented on Airbnb! I rented for my family And they just loved it! The townships were impressed by the sea view, a truly breathtaking view! Beautiful, all-equipped apartment, great and beautiful furniture! All spotless! And Vanessa was always super attentive and kind! Everything IS PERFECT!

Location very noisy at night. I would think twice about staying here if you have a car. The garage is very inconvenient getting in and out. With 2 adults in the room we were only given 2 towels. We asked if we could have another and wanted to charge us for it. There were also only 2 pillows on the king sized bed that were very flat. Most beds this size would have at least 4. Over all it was ok.
