Holiday rentals with a patio in Ponta Grossa

I had an excellent stay in this apartment near UEPG in Uvaranas. The location is super practical, especially for those with commitments at the university. The environment is very well cared for, clean and organized, you can see the affection in every detail. Rosi was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend it for those seeking comfort, tranquility and great service. I will definitely be back!

I stayed with my family, it was very quiet.

Loved our stay! All clean, organized... The very polite and friendly hostess. The town hall that won me in this stay was the care that Dona Celia had with us. We went with two kids. One of ten years and one of 7 months. The hostess asked me the age of the children and we arrived had toy for the children and a bathtub! 🥰

The apartment is really beautiful, just like in the photos, very clean and organized, I had easy access to the place, basically I liked the place a lot and I intend to return more often because it was one of the best I've ever stayed. Another point I would like to say is that the TV had some bugs, like making a noise and turning off by itself, but I was able to watch it anyway lol But otherwise everything was perfect, I really recommend this place.

Throughout my stay, Eduardo has always provided me with all the necessary support, from check in, to check out, Super considerate, left me with no doubt about anything. I recommend the apartment , as it is close to a gym, a supermarket, and especially a bakery that is on the same street. Excellent Location.

Great cost-benefit, safe place and furniture all bespoke, very good. And another point we liked was that in the condominium there is a 24h autonomous market, so you don't have to leave the condominium for quick shopping

It is a place for a quick pass, as it is also a space for the commercial office, but this does not hinder accommodation, privacy, security and easy access for entry and exit.

Quiet stay in a clean, organized home.

Rafael and Juliana’s house was a great Airbnb to stay at. They had clear checkin instructions, the house looked exactly as pictured and was cosy. They were great hosts and very responsive as well. I would 100% recommend staying at this location

The house is very beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. We do not need to take anything but hygiene items and clothes, as there were, covers and pillows available. We went to an event, and Renan was extremely attentive, allowing for a flexible check-in. I would like to highlight the refrigerator freezer, which is excellent! The house was impeccably clean and very smelling. She has a welcoming charm reminiscent of my grandmother's house, which made me feel at home. I recommend it!

I stayed in this apartment in Ponta Grossa for a few days and I have nothing but praise. The place is exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and extremely functional. The location is also great, with easy access to the center, supermarkets and restaurants.
