Lina was a great host and provided a delicious welcome basket and a beautiful home for our family vacation. She was very accommodating with our early arrival, allowing us to leave our luggage while we waited for the cleaning staff to finish and was also able to provide a late check-out at the end of our stay. The home is in walking distance of all downtown site seeing, and just a few doors down from a restaurant where we had our best meal. I highly recommend this home for all the above reason and more. Thank you again Lina for making our stay a great one.

A estadia na casa do Pedro foi descomplicada. O Pedro sempre esteve à disposição, em curto espaço de tempo, para qualquer pergunta que tivemos. A casa tem uma vista espetacular e a localização é ideal para explorar a ilha inteira (de carro). Recomendado a 100%.

Great family place to stay. Kid friendly, spacious, with farm animals for little kids to get to know - our 2 yr old loved the cows, dogs, cats, ducks and chicken. Also was very fond of the little kid park they have - it was enough to keep him entertained for an afternoon all by himself (miracle our days). Everything else was great - they left us a welcome basket with local goodies. When we forgot to buy some eggs they readily gave us some. When we requested more toilet paper, garbage bags and towels they provided. All in all great place for a family to stay.

Sitio 100% recomendable, ideal para llegar a cualquier punto de la isla y zona muy tranquila. Acceso a la playa en escasos 100 metros. El alojamiento te da las comodidades necesarias para tener una estancia muy plácida. Agradecidos a María por su atención y cuidado.

The best place ever, it is more beautiful than in the pictures, big green surroundings/nature around (the farm is really big). We were welcomed with some nice goodies from the farm (really nice breakfast), which we really appreciate that touch. Great communication with the host and always friendly! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und perfekt, um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Wir wurden mit vielen lokalen Produkten empfangen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Badezimmer war auch super und inkl. Strandbadetücher und Sonnenschirm! Der Schlafbereich ist schön, wohnlich & sehr ruhig. Es hat kein Kleiderschrank, jedoch eine Kommode und eine Kleiderstange. Da wir keine eigene Terrasse hatten, benutzten wir oft den Gemeinschaftsplatz draussen. Dieser hat Meerblick. Für 9 Tag würden wir wahrscheinlich beim nächsten Besuch eine grössere Wohnung mit Terrasse nehemen, was auch für Regentage etwas praktischer ist. An Regentagen ist es in der Wohnung recht feucht. Es steht aber ein Luftentfeuchter bereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Kommunikation mit João war auch immer super und auch die Liste an Ausflügen, Restaurants und Empfehlungen, die er uns vorab geschickt hat, war top!! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

The apartment is very well located, extremely central and ideal for exploring the city on foot. It's clean, well presented, and perfect for a short stay (up to 2 or 3 days). In my opinion, it may not be fully suited for longer visits, as some aspects of comfort and practicality could become limiting over time. That said, the host is incredibly responsive and proactive, always willing to improve and take feedback seriously, which is truly appreciated. Thank you for the warm welcome and the professionalism throughout our stay!

The apartment was great, very good location and the balcony view. Elisabeth is great host! When we have had problems with hot water she helped us immidiately. The apartment was clean, however there was mold on walls and ceilings especially on the upper floors. Also there was mold inside washing wachine, we have had to clean it before use.

Spędziliśmy u Pedro tydzień i bardzo nam się podobało. Apartament zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami. Nowocześnie, komfortowo i bardzo czysto. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy przestronna kuchnię, dobrze wyposażoną między innymi w pralkę i suszarkę, która bardzo nam się przydała po wizycie na basenach termalnych. Mieliśmy szczęście bo przez połowę pobytu wszystko bylo tylko do naszej dyspozycji (drugi podobny pokój był pusty). Apartament jest świetnie położony, blisko sklep, po niedlugim spacerze można dotrzeć do centrum Ponta Delgada. Parkowac można za darmo wzdłuż ulicy. Również na lotnisko było blisko co bardzo pomaga w organizacji pobytu. Świetna baza wypadowa zeby poznać wszystkie atrakcje wyspy. A było ich bardzo dużo o czym opowiedział Pedro. Gospodarz był bardzo pomocny, chętny do rozmowy, dał nam wiele cennych porad, dzięki czemu nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej atrakcyjny. Polecamy to miejsce wszystkim, którzy w komfortowych warunkach chcą odpocząć i poznać wyspę Sao Miguel.

We had a wonderful stay at Eduardo’s place and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed, with grocery stores nearby so we could make breakfast. We also made dinner our last night. Close to restaurants and the thermal springs. Loved seeing the sunset from the upper back deck. We would stay here again!

Rene’s place is very comfortable with a beautiful view and two en suite bedrooms, which was perfect for our needs. It is newly renovated and immaculately clean. Rene’s son welcomed us and recommended several excellent restaurants within walking distance. We loved the central location across from the Lagoa “piscines” (swimming area) and would love to come again in the summer!

We had a lovely time, the place is ideal for big groups. Ana was extremely helpful with anything that we needed. The house is fully equipped, clean and close to beautiful hiking trails and a 10min drive from ponta delgada. Big recommendation!

My 80 year old mother and her dear friend stayed here together and this is their review: My friend and I stayed at Fatima’s lovely home. It was quiet, comfortable, with everything necessary to make our stay on Sao Miguel the best. Perfectly located so that all of our adventures were not far away. We highly recommend Roseira Brava for a delightful place to rest your weary bones after a long day of hiking.

Would recommend. The space was very functional, immaculately clean, and new. Electronic keys weren’t easy to use at first (I had to ask for help), but they work with the right touch. Thanks!

The apartment was very nice and clean. Check in was easy and the apartment was well equipped. We appreciated the information booklets that were in the apartment, listing places to see and things to do. Recommended restaurants in the area were also great as well as local shopping. Our only complaint would be that it was not possible to park our vehicle on the street by the apartment, only small cars. We did find parking not far from the apartment.

Localizacao excelente e as condioes muito boas

Uma casa muito espaçosa e acolhedora, ótimo para passar férias em família com todas as comodidades!! A casa é muito maior do que aparenta nas fotos, limpa e cuidada! O senhor Manuel é um ótimo anfitrião, muito prestativo, aconselhou-nos bons sítios para ir, deixou-nos muito á vontade, uma experiência a repetir!!

The apartment is spacious and there is enough room for four people. The location is also great and right by the sea. From the roof terrace you also have a great view of the ocean. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the apartment.

This place is located in a beautiful part of the island. It is a short drive from the airport and from Ponta Delgada. The view right out the door is gorgeous. There is space for your car. Rent this place and rent a car and have a great time on the island. Vasco also gave great recommendations which was very helpful!

We book Uriel’s place for a month. We loved being a minutes walk from the beach and the close cafes right around the corner where we enjoyed many cappuccinos!!!! We also loved sitting outside on the upper back outdoor space. Uriel was very responsive and gave lots of suggestions for places to eat (for my bday) and special places to check out. The waterfall one was spectacular. We did run into an issue which Uriel bent over backwards to help fix. He went above what was required. He was very understanding when the issue occurred. I would recommend Uriel’s place. The location is fantastic for exploring and the home was very clean. It’s a mix of old and new but everything is maintained well. Kitchen had everything that we needed.

The room was very nice, clean and close to city center. The communication with Nuno and Paula was quick and with no problems. We really enjoyed our stay!
