Very nice house, tastefully decorated in a quiet and relaxing environment. Matthias is responsive and did everything for our comfort and to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this rental, thank you Matthias!

Manuella is very responsive. had a great stay with our children. terrace in the back which is very nice for family meals.

Great modern house with all the comforts. It seemed difficult to find in advance, but was very easy to find afterwards. Pool not used (too cold). The host had prepared delicious breakfast and dinner (for a fee). The horses in the meadow around the house as well as the tranquility and the view the valley in amazing. Everything fenced for the dog. Sitting outside under the canopy with a blanket with welcome drink and snack :D We have plans to go in November instead of 2 nights, a week...

What a wonderful vacation we had here. Very friendly and accessible hostess. Great fun cottage. Crystal clear swimming pool. And what a view!!!! Paradise on earth. And not to forget the peace, the birds and our big little friend Lucky the funny sweet🐶. Many nice bastide towns nearby and amazing views. A place to return.

Very nice stay, really. There is everything you need in the cottage. Nothing is missing. The hosts are very discreet, very responsive when you send them a message, and the cottage and the pool are really nice. Despite the heat, the cottage was cool. There was everything you need to make a barbecue. There are games for the children and a large space for them to play with the pool. Really safe. 10/10. I recommend it and would come back if possible. Thank you again.

What can I say other than SUPERBE !!!! Falker and Lazhar were the most wonderful hosts. We felt so welcome from the second we arrived and so did our little dog Rubie who quickly made friends with August and Luise. The surrounds were so tranquil and well kept and the pool was amazing during the warm afternoons. Amazing views of Villeneuve Sur Lot from the garden. We were sorry to leave as Falke waved us off and I’m sure we will return when we drive to the U.K. in the future. Thank you Falke and Lazhar with love from Marie and Ian - A bientot xxxx

Very nice place and impeccable accommodation, quiet, perfect for relaxing, clean, well-equipped, a perfect place.

Good location, nice view over the town. The host is discreet and helpful. Pool is not heated (they did not say it was) so was quite cold. The villa desperately needs a good sofa. The one there was cheap and broke when i sat on it. The owner provided two chairs promptly however.

Herve was a great host from booking to during our stay. He was informative, helpful, and super friendly. His house is beautiful, in a great location within the centre of Montflanquin. Just a minutes walk uphill to the square where some amazing restaurants are. The house had everything you needed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, condiments, washing up facilities. Brilliant open dining/living area upstairs. Stairs are very steep, but we knew this beforehand. downstairs (ground level) is really spacious, plenty of hangers,wardrobe space. bathroom has a large area to store toiletries. would highly recommend Herve and his place. Weekend spent at Jérôme's place at the top. Flexible check-in and clear instructions. Jérôme is friendly, flexible is always available as needed. The accommodation is clean according to the photos the garden is very nice with the sun.☀️ Small extra point for the welcome of Green who is adorable. 🐈‍⬛ I'll be back soon! 😊

I used this accommodation only for sleeping because I worked all day but no worries about cleanliness, impeccable accommodation and attentive owner.

We were welcomed by Didier one night. It was warm and thoughtful because he bought us a “survival kit” for breakfast and recommended us the exceptional places to visit…this area is a real favorite. The cottage is great, you feel at home very quickly with the spacious living room and its superb fireplace, the comfortable bedding, as well as the hot tub that served every day. The outside is amazing, it's in the middle of the quiet greenery, where crickets accompany our days and evenings. The cottage is equipped for children…toys, books, bikes, swings and slides. A stone's throw from the Château de Bonaguil, it's easy to enjoy one of the most beautiful castles in the area as well as the restaurant downstairs. Didier, thank you so much for this week, it was perfect!

We stayed at Elena's place one night. Very welcoming and discreet hostess. The house is quiet and very pleasant. Nothing to say, it was perfect.

Lise and Frédéric are charming hosts in every way, which only added to the pleasure of the stay in their beautiful property. The cottage is well equipped and everything is there for a peaceful arrival. The environment is as bucolic as you could wish for. Beautiful pool area (even if we didn't have the time and the weather to enjoy it!). We strongly recommend!

We had a great weekend at Margaux's place. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos: clean, well maintained and very pleasant to stay in. The spa, as well as the charming cabin that houses it, is of high quality and invites you to relax. The garden, nicely landscaped and neat, is a real little haven of peace... and what a pleasure to see the little chickens frolic there freely! Margaux and her spouse are caring hosts, responsive and available. Communication was smooth from start to finish. The bed is very comfortable and the master suite is simply superb. Small downside: the proximity to a road brings a little noise, but it does not spoil the experience, as the place is pleasant. We'll be happy to go back! Charlene offers a very nice and charming accommodation. It's perfectly clean. Communication with Charlene is very simple and easy, she is a host who cares about her guests feeling good and enjoying their stay. The village of Puy-l'Évêque is also extremely charming. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful week at Reau! The interiors were beautiful as were the outdoor spaces. We ate dinner every night on the terrace taking in the view. The dresser of dishes were fun to put together to set the table. A French countryside dream come true! Something to know: upon our arrival the beds were not made. Quite odd and unexpected.

We had the pleasure of spending 15 days at the Pigeonnier. The setting is ideal for those who love calm, nature and the charm of old buildings. We were hosted very well by Christian and his wife. We can only recommend this charming place!

We had a pleasant stay. The bedrooms are large and comfortable,the kitchen functional, the laundry room very convenient. The private pool is really nice. We highly recommend this place for a pleasant holiday.

Patrice gave us a superb welcome, very interesting and warm exchange. The house is beautiful and furnished with a lot of taste and finesse. The equipment is of high quality and suitable, everything has been thought of so nothing is missing. A favorite view from the living room... If the opportunity arises, we will not fail to return! Our stay was a total success. Marie-Claire and Sylvain are very friendly and welcoming! The house is impeccably clean and is located in a quiet area a few kilometers from Agen and is the ideal starting point for many visits (Agen Canal Bridge, Montflanquin, Toulouse, etc.). Don't miss the village of Nérac and the boat ride on the Baīse (beautiful!). We were also able to enjoy the pool which is lovely. We would highly recommend it and will be happy to go back! We had the most wonderful week here, the place is incredible! The house has been newly renovated to an excellent standard and has been thoughtfully furnished throughout, the place is stunning. Outside there is a very large garden and gorgeous pool. It’s like a private retreat! We were looked after by Joelle’s son, Théo, who was super friendly, an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly lovely stay, thank you. Can’t recommend it enough!

Dear Lisa, We liked everything about your house, especially your hospitality and kindness. The colleagues were welcomed with a pack of water, coffee tea and a jar of jam, sugar, bread, chocolate... All recommendations are very useful, especialy kind recommendations for shops and a butcher shop nearby. All communication during the stay was fast and clear, and everything was resolved quickly with the hostess of the house. The house is spacious and clean, tidy and well equipped.
