Holiday rentals with beach access in Ponce

The place was absolutely beautiful. I felt right at home and we didn't want to leave. we watched breath taking sunsets and enjoyed the beach. I will recommend this place 100% It was the perfect place to celebrate our 5th year anniversary. Thank you!

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

Staying at Rey and Amanda’s place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for us—offering help when we needed it most and always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness and flexibility made a big difference in our experience. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family, but what really stood out was the warmth and care they brought as hosts. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely stay with them again!

We had a great time at Bill's! The location right on the water is ideal. Bill was incredibly helpful with arrival logistics and suggestions of places to check out! The airbnb had many nice touches including lots of beach towels / chairs to use. Definitely hope to come back!

We had such a great time. We are a family of 8 and fit just right. There was an added sleeping cot in the master bedroom. The beach was just a walk away right behind the home. Home was clean and maintained. I recommend bug spray because of surrounding natural environment there are lots of mosquitoes bite at night if your outside. Great location. Not too far from San Juan airport only 1 hour away and with a rental we got to everywhere in good timing.

Manlio’s place was a very nice place to stay at. Especially for solo travelers or for two. Everything came out as it was described. Beautiful views with privacy. Weather was a bit rainy and windy at times but that comes with the tropics. Manlio was very responsive as he stayed on site and had good recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit! Me and my sister enjoyed very much!

it’s the second time that I stayed to atend a convention in Guanica and all 4 guests and myself are very happy with the acomodations.

Wonderful stay, right on the beach. Many days, we only saw a few other families on the beach and the beach was beautiful! Near anything you could need. We hope to make it back again!

Rincon is my new favorite city in Puerto Rico!! There is so much good food, good bars, and good people. Beaches are also AMAZING! Our stay was perfect. Robert is an amazing and extremely friendly host. No hot water and limited AC, but that wasn’t an issue at all. Will definitely be back!

This property was beautiful! The views are breathtaking!! And the area is quiet and peaceful! We will definitely recommend others to come visit Sergio’s beautiful Airbnb. This made our vacation so amazing! The location is also very close to the beach and food spots which is also a plus. Loved the stay here cannot say anything but great things about the Airbnb! We loved our stay at Orange Wave. When we arrived, the layout of the house and how it is built threw us off a bit. Once you get the windows and doors opened up and get the breeze flowing from the Atlantic, it all makes sense and it’s amazing! Air conditioning in the rooms worked well and we really did not miss it in the common spaces. The water must be solar heated because it is not very hot in the morning and it’s scalding by afternoon. Not a big deal, just something to get used to. The beach is beautiful, but we could not swim due to rip tide. The pool was the perfect size for our kids. They are 5 and 6 years old and are just learning to swim. The deep end was big enough to stretch their abilities, but small enough that they could easily get to a ledge if they needed it. It was also easy to supervise the kids swimming. Overall, we were very happy with the house and we would rent it again on the future if we went back to PR.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

I have stayed in many beachside condos, this by far was the cleanest (inside and out). the area, though like much of the Island is experiencing a revitalization, the local businesses were clean, friendly and a short safe walk from Gian's property. the local beaches were hopping and delightful, with beachside food and drinks readily available. The apartment was comfortable, well appointed and had the biggest most comfy towels (a must for me). Giant, is without a doubt, a host who considers the comfort of his guests a top priority and this shows through the pristine care he takes of this condo and in the amazing communication he has with his guests. this place was a home run for the price.

The place was clean, pretty, comfortable and a gorgeous beach was my backyard for the weekend. Heriberto thought about everything one might need. Loved the restaurants and bars in the area. Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

We had a great stay in Isabela, Puerto Rico! We were visiting family and wanted to spend some time on the beach. The condo is in a perfect location—right on the beach and just a short walk to great beach bars and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable, and had functioning A/C, which made it easy to relax after a day in the sun. Check-in was seamless, and the host had clearly anticipated everything we needed. The staffed security gate at the entrance gave us extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Coral’s place was as pictured on the listing and more. The place is spacious enough for two people and the amenities were as described on the listing. The view overlooking Isla Verde and beach was amazingly beautiful. The host was very responsive and available if needed. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Will definitely come back and recommend. Amazing place 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Trust the pictures. What you see is what you get. A nice one bedroom apartment with a breathtaking ocean view. Don’t let the lobby fool you. You will be very happy with your choice to stay here. I know I was. Would definitely come back again.

I think the photos don’t do the roof justice. It’s so amazing to watch the sunrise over mountains in the morning and then watch the sun set on the ocean at night. There’s a toilet and kitchenette on the roof as well The two balconies downstairs are gorgeous. I was traveling with a curious toddler and I felt very safe in the apartment. The roof was big enough to stop him from getting to the stairs. The house is elegant and simple with great appliances in the kitchen. Not overdone with too many decorations like other airbnbs. The utility closet with chairs was really helpful for keeping sand out of the house and there’s a hose for cleaning on the balcony. This seems minor but it makes a big difference. It is a really short walk to the beach and a short drive to others. I love this little town.
