The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and outside gas grille. The bathroom has a tub/shower and was recently renovated. Cabin has 2 porches that offer great country views. Local tv, internet. Firepit in private backyard. Pets welcome with pet fee. We are NOT A BUG FREE ENVIRONMENT! You will see ladybugs,stinkbugs, wood beetle and more

The cabin is located on over 300 acres with hiking trails, a large pond, creeks, and rocky outcroppings to explore. Inside the cabin you will find a cozy living room, full kitchen, and very comfortable bedrooms. Welcome!

Sweet Peace Cabin is within walking distance of Lavendar Ranch (look up online) and an easy 20-minute drive from Ohio University in the quintessential college town of Athens. The cabin is also close to Pomeroy, located on the scenic Ohio River, and two local wineries. Use it as a hub to discover the area, or as a get-away to find the peace you crave in your hectic life. It is perfect for couples, small families, and well-behaved dogs who want to run free in the very large fully fenced yard.

Home Away from Home

Located in the Village of Pomeroy, along the Ohio River , our Home Away from Home has a setting up on a hill, facing the woods, overlooking a pond. As you enter the home you'll notice a computer desk to your left and the living room in front of you. The couch is also a pull out bed. Right around the corner is the bathroom. Up the stairs is a beautiful and spacious loft. Down the hall you'll find the breakfast nook and kitchen, as well as the door to the basement laundry room. Enjoy!

Escape to the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio at Camp Forever! Our property is located in the secluded countryside, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We offer amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit and lots of games! Camp Forever has a primary bedroom and lofted beds upstairs. Please note that we are in a private country setting. Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.

There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.

The Tired Beagle has ample parking and located next to road for quick access.
