Domek znajduje się nad czystym Jeziorem Kniewo z bezpośrednim dostepem do jeziora, pomostem i zadaszoną mini altanką. Domek najlepiej sprawdzi się dla dwóch osób, ale istnieje możliwość rozłożenia namiotu na posesji, Działka jest bardzo duża i ogrodzona, w wiekszości zalesiona,dzięki czemu nie widzimy żadnych sąsiadów :) Bezpłatny parking dla auta. Psy są miłe widziane po uprzednim poinformowaniu.
