The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Zum Bahnhof braucht ihr von der Wohnung ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche. Im Hinterhof findet man im Sommer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Frühstücken. Es befindet sich ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace. I felt really comfortable and welcome in Stefan and Ursula's apartment from the first moment. The two are incredibly warm, loving people and great hosts. They offered me their help at all times and made all my special requests possible. The arrangement in advance was simple and reliable, which helped me a lot with my short-term booking. I was particularly impressed by how much love the apartment was furnished with. It is modern, very clean and beautiful. The furnishings are not only tasteful, but also very high quality. You can tell that everything has been thought of here to give guests a nice and relaxing time. For me, it's a place where you don't just stay overnight, but feel at home. I would come back anytime and can recommend a stay with Stefan and Ursula from the heart.

We are a small family from Berlin and spent a weekend at Kathi's in Altenburg. It was sensational! The apartment is exactly as described and we felt right at home. The apartment is chic and modern and everything you need is there. Due to the quiet but at the same time central location, it was the perfect combination of "switching off" and being centrally and quickly in the city. Communication with Kathi was always fast and friendly and we were able to clarify all questions quickly. Check-in and check-out were also very straightforward. Kathi even helped us with a parking space in the underground garage! Great! All in all, we were more than satisfied and felt very comfortable. If you want to visit Altenburg, you should definitely take a look at Kathi's apartment. We highly recommend the apartment and Kathi as a host and would love to come back.

The apartment 'Botanikblick‘ is ideal if you want to be in the center of Gera, in less than 10 minutes you are at the market square and at the tram. It was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable. For three adults I would personally find it a little tight. All in all definitely recommended. Thank you!

The apartment is modern and comfortably equipped as described. The transport connection is optimal. We will definitely come back and stay longer! Clear recommendation for Gera!
