Holiday rentals in Pollonia

We were in the apartment on the ground floor. Newly renovated, everything is new. The porch with table, chairs and loungers has direct views of the sea and the sunset. It is also cool and shaded at any time of the day, making it ideal for enjoying breakfast or dinner with a private sunset. The interior is just as it appears in the photos. New appliances, air conditioning, rain shower and waterfall. Please note that there are no interior doors between the two rooms. Not in the kitchen and bathroom area either. As points to improve, I would put some mosquito nets and hangers in the entrance and in the bathroom. The location is perfect. Very quiet and a 5-minute walk from Pollonia. Right next to it, there is a beach with rounded pebbles and also a platform with a ladder to go down to the sea. Finally, George's service was friendly and very helpful. We had a fabulous stay.

Beautiful outdoor terrace and very clean room. Nice to use hot tub at end of day and the seclusion from town was nice even though it was only a 10 minute walk to Pollonia.

The space is chic, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for sharing as both bedrooms are exactly the same. There are plenty of sinks, ample storage, and high-end finishes throughout. The cleaning crew is reliable and thorough. The pool and the long, live-edge wooden outdoor dining table made it a wonderful indoor/outdoor experience. Check in was easy as pie. If i built a house on this island i would use the architects and designers who worked on this dwelling: it was the best living space i saw in greece… and I’m a design snob. Highly recommend.

Maria is an amazing host!! She is so friendly and nice. Definitely, the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our entire stay. The Airbnb is very cute and clean, and she even includes beach supplies to enjoy the water more. And there is a pretty private beach just a short walk from the place. If we come back to Milos, we would love to stay at Maria’s place again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a traditional house on Milo's Greek island. Nestled amidst stunning natural scenery, the apartment provided an authentic Greek island experience. The traditional architecture, combined with charming local decor, made the space cozy and warm. The apartment's location offered nice views and easy access to the local town and restaurants. Upon arrival we had a pleasant surprise, our host went the extra mile and left us some delightful goodies (water, coffee, jams, butter, honey, cookies, toast, wine and a special treat made by Bill’s mom). These personal touches truly made us feel welcome, appreciated and enhanced our stay. The best part of our stay was meeting Bill’s mom. She was incredibly caring and special, always going out of her way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Her warmth and kindness created a comforting environment that we'll cherish forever. We highly recommend the Traditional Greek House and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was awesome. This place is a secluded in a tiny fishing village away from any kind of foot or car traffic. Not really walking distance to anything but you need to rent a car to get to the property anyways so it was an issue. The cove this house is in is super peaceful and is a great place to take in the sunset. The day beds inside the house are perfect place to lounge with the doors open watching the ocean and feeling the breeze. The only issue we had here was our shower drain backing up. It flooded the bathroom and spilled out into the living room a bit. We cleaned up what we could and reached out to Maria. We had a sailboat cruise scheduled that morning so couldn’t stick around. Maria reached out to the home owner and when we returned from our cruise the drain was fixed and the house was cleaned with new towels delivered to us and our refrigerator was restocked.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful spot right on the water in Mytakas. Our host was so helpful and communicative and gave us great recommendations to nearby beaches and restaurants. We had rented a car (which I highly recommend in Milos) and everything was a 5-15 minute drive from our stay. Keep in mind that Mytakas generally gets windier than other parts of the island and we were not able to swim in the backyard of the property during our stay in late October, but this should not be a problem during the earlier months of the year. Highly recommend this spot for your stay in Milos!

The hostess was super friendly and it was just as it looked in the photos, even better. I loved that there is a very busy and delicious restaurant nearby. You can enjoy the sea perfectly from the accommodation, and for me the cleanliness is very important, it was impeccable.
