Great stay! Wonderful place, the view is just amazing. Pool and house was super clean, did not miss any equipment. Picking fresh oranges and lemons was super bonus. And the best part for us was chickens! Super nice attraction looking for fresh eggs in the mornings for the kid. Thank you for the stay, Vaso!!!🫶

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Die Unterkunft und der Außenbereich sowie der Pool waren sehr geräumig und man hatte durch den Ausblick ein Gefühl von Freiheit. George war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat stets schnell auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Direkt vor der Villa verläuft eine viel befahrene Straße. Wer empfindlich auf Straßenlärm reagiert, sollte das berücksichtigen. Uns persönlich hat dies aber nicht beeinflusst und wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt hat uns der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

Wir waren sehr gern zu Gast bei Emmanouel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Stil und guter Ausstattung. Sehr Komfortable, alles was wir brauchten war da. Die Lage ist etwas abseits in ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick! Eigener Pool macht Freude! Absolute Empfehlung

Joseph hat uns immer gut informiert und hat auch bei Problemen (wir haben uns versehentlich ausgesperrt) sehr schnell reagiert. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten kam jemand vorbei um uns die Tür zu öffnen. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön mit einem kurzen Weg direkt zum Strand , den man dann auch praktisch für sich alleine hat. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen! Einzig die Fotos vom Inserat können Verwirrung stiften, da das gebuchte Haus etwas anders aussieht und es auch nicht das vorderste Haus mit direktem Meerblick ist, wie es auf dem Inserat scheint. Meerblick hatten wir zwar, nur nicht so viel, wie auf den Bildern.

We had a fantastic stay! George is a great host! The villa is situated very nicely on top of the Paphos Hills. Great view on Paphos and the coast. We were with a group of 8 borders, and the villa is so big that everyone had enough privacy as well. With a Rental car it was very easy to explore the island. Big thanks!

Really great location for absolute peace and quiet. A real treat to be able to swim in the sea every day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was an easy get in using a lockbox directly outside the house and everything was in good shape for our arrival. We didn’t meet our hosts but there was no need. If there were any questions, we used the Air B&B messaging service and received a prompt reply. The house is a five-minute walk to the closest, and we felt nicest, beach in Latchi. We particularly enjoyed the back area of the house which was a perfect for having breakfast, listening to bird song and visits from the local cats. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in a less touristy area in Cyprus.

Lovely place, amazing sunset views from the balcony, place to do yoga, beautiful trees around. You will find you inner peace there. Highly recommended. Also it has all things to live.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Άνετο μεγάλο κατάλυμα σε περιοχή κοντά στην Πάφο με το αυτοκίνητο. πολύ βολικός ο χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς μπροστά στην είσοδο. Στην κουζίνα υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα και οι δύο κρεβατοκαμαρες ήταν πολύ μεγάλες με άνετα διπλά κρεβάτια. το μπαλκόνι είχε πολύ ωραία θέα. και υπήρχε καλή επικοινωνία. Θα το συστηνα.

Recomand, familiilor cu mulți copii. Fiecare va avea coltul sau personal. Apartamentul este foarte mare și curat. Gazda, foarte binevoitoare! Doar cuvinte de laudă!

Die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus beobachten können, das hatten wir lange nicht. Die Betten waren sehr gut, sobald die Hotels in der Umgebung die Urlauberbespaßung abends eingestellt hatten, schliefen wir in absoluter Ruhe bei offenem Fenster.

The owners' hospitality has exceeded our expectations!!! Patrick and his partner have been very responsive and helpful to our inquiries. A very warm family has provided an even warmer space that felt like Home. Strongly recommended! We really appreciate your time and effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible!!

הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת אצל יאניס! מכל חלון נשקף נוף יפהפה,בית נעים, מרווח, נקי ומואר, מטבח מצוייד בעל מה שצריך ועוד. יאניס מארח מסביר פנים ונעים, היה אדיב מאוד,עזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים והפתיע עם תותים טעימים ומתוקים

Wat een fijne locatie! Bij aankomst (half 12 's avonds, dus donker) hadden we even een uitdaging om het huis te vinden (je rijdt de straat in na de slagboom aan de ene kant van het huis, hier staan geen huisnummers, en buiten de slagboom, aan de andere kant van het huis is het huisnummer aangegeven en ook de toegangssleutel te vinden). Wat een verrassing bij binnenkomst. Een behoorlijk groot huis, schoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarbij moet ook de volledig ingerichte keuken genoemd worden, waar eigenlijk alles aanwezig was om aan de slag te gaan, inclusief kruiden, olie, bakpapier, noem het maar op! De locatie is een paar (auto)minuten verwijderd van Latchi. Heel fijn, want je hebt de rust, terwijl het vertier op een paar minuten afstand te vinden is. Het contact met Saint Cyprus was uitstekend. Zij reageren heel snel en uiterst vriendelijk. We hadden een vraag over de energieberekening en gingen meteen voor ons aan de slag en kwamen binnen no-time met een antwoord.

The house and the outside area have been beautifully renovated and decorated with great attention to detail! Everything worked perfectly, everything was very clean and we wanted for nothing. The contact with the lovely Abigail is also uncomplicated, polite and friendly. It is a little paradise which is quiet and undisturbed. We would love to come back as guests! Thank you for a really wonderful time!

What a lovely place to stay! Cyprus can be very hot in the summer, but the Goat House is very well adapted to the heat. It's an old cottage with thick stone walls and stone floors, and manages to stay quite cool even when it is exceptionally hot outside. The pool area, however, is in a sun-trap - although there is some shade available from the imaginative awning by the cottage. Usually on holiday we travel about quite a lot, but on this break we found ourselves spending more time than usual by the pool as it was so pleasant. Lysos itself is a very nice village in the hills above Polis. It has a Taverna which does good inexpensive traditional food, but it is a short drive to Polis with the beach and with an extensive range of good restaurants. The thing we noticed most about Lysos was how quiet it was in the evening, you could almost hear the silence. The Goat House itself was well-equipped with all that we needed, and Eleni was very easy to communicate with. Warmly recommended

We had a one time experience staying at maria’s place and getting to enjoy the nature and culture in the area. With the sea just being a few minutes away we also had a great way to refresh our selves even with the hot weather. Maria was super supportive during the booking process and also during our stay. She even surprised us with some fresh and tasty food on our arrival. Overall it was a great experience and I can only recommend to stay at his place if you ever think about visiting Latchi or Cyprus in general! If you do so have a great stay!

Very pleased, villa inreal life is as good as the pictures. On a quiet complex with about 15 other villas high up in the hills near Polis. Only 6 of the villas were occupied when we stayed, so even more quiet, you will need a car as it's a bit out of the way for taxis. Takes about 15 minutes to drive down to Polis / Latchi from the villa with stunning vistas across to hills. Plenty of shops / restaurants and beaches to choose from in Polis / Latchi. A bit further afield is Pahpos with even more options. A couple of things I would highlight, need some lamps in the living area, and a dust pan and brush would be helpful. The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but everyone is different. Other than that, it was a perfect relaxing break and wouldn't hesitate booking again. A wonderful place with an amazing swimming pool and a beautiful garden. Very clean house with a very good location. It has all the facilities that a family will need. It was one of the best vacations that I had.
