Great place to stay that we rented during Easter 2025. The house was beautifully clean, fully equipped with utensils for cooking, with a grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for evenings together. The only thing we were missing was hand soap in the bathroom – it's a little strange that guests have to think about such small things. We still had a great stay and can definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

Highly recommended! Wonderful place ! Home away from home . We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the small town after busy and touristy Prague . It’s a short distance from old town , situated in the living quarters ,nice and quiet. The bonus is a large private backyard where our little dog could chase the ball and just enjoy the nature smells after the city stay . Everything in this place has a personal touch , we could tell it was done with a lot of care , not just to let , but to make you comfortable . Better than the pictures , really . It’s very clean , nice bedding , good towels , all kitchen necessities. Even ice in the fridge , which was very good to have on a hot day . The communication with the host was superb . We would love to stay an extra night but it was booked :( The town itself is a hidden gem , historical, clean , friendly , nice restaurants . Off of the beaten path .

Great weekend, the cottage offers complete privacy. A place behind the house fully prepared for a feast or campfire with stargazing. A communicative host, a place as described, and the opportunity to buy local products from the host! Best regards, and I recommend!

I booked the whole house during New Year's Eve with my friends and family. Brzozów is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a great place for walking. The house is very well equipped, you can prepare meals, there is a dishwasher, oven, etc. Interestingly, there are no shortage of capsules, spices, and tea, as in other places. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are as well. We'd love to come back to this place :) The owner is a great and contactable person. I recommend!

Beautiful place, well equipped. Fenced garden where we could feel free to let the kids play, nice place for fire and sausages in the evening. The owner always responded very quickly and willingly gave us advice and accommodated everything we needed. We didn't miss anything. Thanks for having a great stay.

We (father with 2 boys (9,5)) had an amazing stay in the tiny house. Everything that we needed and more was there and the animals are literally 15 meters away from you. This place was absolutely magical also during sunsets and sunrises, I really can only recommend to come to this refuge, if you really need time away from home or to recharge the batteries. The house is very bright, warm, cozy, many living plants. It's like visiting people you've known for a long time. All necessary utensils, bedding are available. Lenka, very kind and responsible. Answered all questions for our comfortable stay. The surrounding area is green and lots of space to play ball, there is everything you need. We will come again! Recommended!🤗🌹😉

We highly recommend THIS DoM. The house is fully equipped, additional experiences on the property include a sauna and a banya. The perfect place for a trip with a larger group in the Owl Mountains. Direct trail to the Great Owl about 2 km from the house. The car can be parked for the whole weekend, walking distance to shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Sokolec. The atmospheric porch overlooking the garden was our favorite place to spend evenings. Efficient and quick communication with the host. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cozy, comfortable cottage . Well organised kitchen with all needed supplies. Comfortable, big beds. Our kids enjoyed the outside play ground and we have spend evenings outside in covered patio. House ready to easy accommodate 10 people, we have spend few days with 6 adults, 3 kids and dog. Peacefull village, close to polish boarder so you can easily visit and enjoy both countries. Communicative and responsive host, we have been warmly welcomed in the house.

We stayed with 2 children between Christmas and New Year's Eve and would have liked to stay longer. We found everything as it is described and we really didn't miss anything. The accommodation is in the mountains, above Kudowa-Zdrój. Perfect for those who want it quiet and cozy. The nature in the area is beautiful, we were lucky that it snowed a little before and a fantastic winter landscape has emerged. We had the opportunity to spend an unforgettable birthday weekend here with 10 people and from the first moment we all unanimously fell in love with this unique place! The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area, where you can really take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every detail of the home has been carefully thought out and planned - the interior finish delights with high quality materials and attention to detail, and the furnishings are complete and meet all the needs of guests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated with true taste, offering luxurious conditions for everyone. An additional advantage is the very nice Agata, who was there to help at every step, patiently answering all our questions. Her kindness and professional approach made us feel at home. We are absolutely convinced that this was not our last stay in this magical place - we will definitely come back here

Great house with everything you need, quiet location surrounded by green, extremely friendly and welcoming hosts who treated us to delicious cakes and gave us lots of great recommendations for hikes and food in the area. Beautiful hiking trails are accessible within a few minutes drive. Thanks a lot for the great stay!

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Poland so far! There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby and the apartment is perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of toys to keep kids entertained. The host was very responsive, helpful, and even accepted special requests for arrival.

Martina is a great host who makes sure to give detailed instructions on the checking in and use of this Airbnb. The location is wonderful as it is very private and away from towns or other houses. There's so many things to say about the house which is very old however it is exactly as described in the description. It really feels like a great novelty staying in this house as it feels like a experience you would not get with other Airbnbs. You must heat the house with firewood in a fireplace and use very old keys to lock the doors as well as use a compost toilet. It is quite an adventure as the surrounding area is close to Ardspach and Skybridge 721 which are fun places to go to if you don't mind trying to speak some Czech with some of the locals there. However for Martina and my experience I give it 5/5, and highly recommend to everyone.
