Located in the countryside close to the city. 1 km from restaurants and all shops. Spacious, bright room with ensuite shower room and toilet 1 bed 160 x 190 TV WiFi Drip coffee maker and Tassimo Tea, coffee, chocolate, milk pods Kettle Mini fridge microwave baby bed on request. Pets not allowed

Independent apartment on the garden level of the owners house with veranda and outdoor SPA (2 reclining places and 4 seats) The optional HOT TUB (between 8am and midnight) to be paid on site: One use €30 - The day available €40 - 2 days €60 - + €10/additional day. Private parking and direct access to the terrace and veranda. Possibility to place mattresses (to be taken) in bedroom 1 and the veranda (€10/night/person in addition) Peace and relaxation are at the appointment!

Welcome to our home

Welcome to Chez Nous, for your comfort everything you need is present. Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plancha... Linens and towels are included. on request we can make available an umbrella bed and high winery The house is located on the main street of the village with all shops (boulangerie, boucherie, restaurant, tabac, grocery...) within a 5-minute walk. Parking is available on the sidewalk in front of the house or free on the street.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Apartment in the countryside

It is at the ground floor of a castle on the mountainside that we offer you an original apartment (independent entrance) for its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a weekend in the countryside or a nice place that's different from a hotel for work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: pools closed: September to April, not heated)

Comfort house next to Nevers for 4 people.

Comfortable and independent house in common courtyard and countryside land next to the owner's house. Newly renovated, it is located in a closed enclosure with parking that can accommodate several vehicles. (10 minutes from Nevers and 5 minutes from the highway). You can enjoy all the outdoors and existing amenities that you will be surprised to discover upon arrival. For safety reasons (water points nearby…) children are not allowed.

Au cœur d’une jolie campagne très vallonnée, dans un hameau à proximité se la ville de Nevers et des magnifiques bords de Loire , cette petite maison renvoie son atmosphère familiale naturelle que les voyageurs ressentent dès qu’ils y entrent …. Cette sensation de se sentir chez soi . Un petit voyageur de 9 ans , en revenant pour un 2nd séjour, commente à ses parents « c’est bon d’être de retour ! » 💕 objectif atteint !

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.
