Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Poiroux

Karen is an awesome host, providing superior service. I had the opportunity to stay with two hosts in the same resort in successive days. If i had to do it again, I would have booked the entire stay with Karen.

We once again had a pleasant stay at Sylvie's cottage. The cottage is very well equipped (modern, practical, pleasant, beautiful). It offers an exterior that allows you to rest and enjoy its greenery, the terrace and its BBQ. Sylvie is available and very responsive.

Christophe is a charming and very hospitable and friendly host. Welcome drink was on the table upon arrival, very nice! He is very attentive and has good tips for the area. Also responds directly to any question you ask. It is a very nice place to stay and to explore the neighborhood: the beach is beautiful and the sea too! We were able to park the car in the driveway, but there is also a garage. The backyard is completely private and fully fenced, ideal for a dog. We found the electric shutters for all the windows in the house to be a plus: so you can really sleep in the dark. After a nice holiday week, we unfortunately had to go home again :)

Great location and a great host. Minutes away from the shops, clean and tidy on a quiet street. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is ideally located, very comfortable and cozy. Well done for the beautiful decoration! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We will return with great pleasure, that's for sure.

Nice family house with a big garden, we and our dog loved it. The patio and terrace are relaxing. The open kitchen is large and well equipped, the sitting area is comfortable and spacious. The house is very close to the village center, easy access to the beach and local restaurants. There’s a market twice a week, and local grocery stores. We rented bicycles just around the corner and did not need the car at all. All in all we had an excellent and very relaxing stay :)

Beautiful little house, fully equipped. Beautiful garden with furniture and barbecue, fully fenced. Super convenient with the dog. Bavette is super friendly. She even brought us vegetables from her vegetable garden. I recommend it 100%!!

We had a great time at La Flotte. Beatrice is really very friendly with lots of good advice even though we knew the island very well. The pool is a real plus and the garden is very zen. We'll be happy to go back.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Comfortable studio, with private access directly from the living room to the heated pool and jacuzzi, private terrace accessible from the bay window of the pool so very convenient. The sofa bed and pillows were very comfortable. Equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, cup, cutlery, spices, etc.). We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices at breakfast. Madison's company, the adorable dog, was pleasant. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Thank you very much. We leave relaxed.

The layout of the villa is perfect for multi-generation family holidays with space to come together combined with distinct bedroom zones for added privacy. Extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa has off-street parking and the garage for safe storage of bicycles is a huge bonus. We had a great stay and give 5* rating.

We had a perfect short stay in Christelle's apartment. The setting is beautiful, quiet and green, with a very beautiful view of the golf course from the terrace. The apartment is very nice, bright, clean and perfectly equipped, ideal for relaxing. Christelle was a welcoming and responsive host. We highly recommend this address and would not hesitate to return!

We had a great time! The pool of the residence is very pleasant and perfectly exposed. We'll be happy to go back.

The accommodation matches the photos, the view is beautiful! Ideally located near the port, perfect if you don't want to use the car for your stay (free shuttle nearby). The only downside is the sofa bed, which is not comfortable, the pillows, which are in very poor condition, and the shower, which lacks power for my taste.

We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area,etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have each their own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops there) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge , who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good places on the island!

We had a wonderful few days, the accommodation is ideally located 2 steps from the sea, which you can hear from the house, very quiet neighborhood ideal for resting, the house is exactly as in the photos. If you have a pet, the accommodation is secure and the nearest beaches are dog-friendly. And the best part of this stay is the welcome from our host Carolina, her little touches for us as well as our dog and her responsiveness in case of problems.

if you like animals, and if you're comfortable with trained dogs roaming the premises, this is an absolutely wonderful location. The little chalet is clean and supplied with all necessities, but what stands out is its location. Right in a bend of the river Lay, you're surrounded by 60 000m² of tranquil land. The only thing that might upset the tranquility is the sight of otters, sheep, horses and hundreds of birds. Very highly recommended.

A true haven of peace in the countryside! 🌿 We had an unforgettable stay in this charming accommodation, perfectly located in the heart of nature. The surrounding calm, the bucolic landscapes and the birdsong every morning made this getaway a truly enchanting break. The house is tastefully decorated, very clean and perfectly equipped – you feel at home from the first minutes. An address that we recommend without hesitation for anyone looking to recharge away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great stay from June 2 to 9. The accommodation is as described, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located, a stone's throw from the port. Bastien was very welcoming and available, he even added a travel cot for our baby, which was very much appreciated. He gave us very good advice to discover Jard-sur-Mer and its surroundings. We particularly liked the walks in the nearby forest, ideal with our dog. As for restaurants, Le Sloop is a very good place, and the couscous to take away from the Couscousière d'Hocine is a real treat. Thanks again to Bastien for his hospitality!

Great location, great communication and lots of information provided. The apartment was fab, very spacious and nice decor, had everything we needed and more for our 3 night stay including a great terrace!

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure!
