A big thank you to the host for his impeccable hospitality! Very attentive and responsive, he was able to respond quickly to all our requests. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, clean, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was perfectly maintained, which greatly contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. A very nice experience, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hulotte. The place is perfect for both families and groups of friends, with many activities on site. We celebrated the end of our partials in a relaxed atmosphere, with the possibility of listening to music freely. The heated hot tub was much appreciated. However, there is a small downside regarding the pool, which we also thought heated according to the information provided by the host, but which was unfortunately not.

We spent 3 nights in the accommodation. This stay was very pleasant, we were able to enjoy the spa. The host is very friendly and accessible. The city is pleasant (activities, many shops, a beach accessible to dogs, medieval castle, nature area for walking...). However, we stayed with our dog and it was a little awkward in the sense that the accommodation, being semi-private with a small patch of grass, was not fully fenced. Our dog was able to pass through the bushes and ended up on the road, fortunately our dog is not a runaway. This is the only downside. Apart from that, the stay was very pleasant, we recommend it.

We had a great stay with my daughters! The little house is very pretty, tastefully decorated. We had the pleasure of being visited by ducks several times in a row, which was a unanimous delight among the girls. The proximity to bike paths, the beach and swimming pools is really a plus. Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

Our stay was short with a very busy schedule! That's why we only exchanged a few words with our hostess, but we instantly hit it off! We were also unable to enjoy the beautiful pool made available to us, but that will be for another time.

Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Hi, my parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. they loved everything they did and especially went to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and relaxed from their stay. That I think they'll be happy to do it again. i highly recommend it.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Ideally located accommodation near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk from the city center / swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A very convenient closed garage in the basement (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for arrival and departure times.
