Place is great. Best spot in Kauai if you are a sunset chaser. Clean with nice amenities like beach chairs and umbrella..Bit of a long Walk to many areas. Suggest talk to host and she will accommodate bikes for a fee. I would do that next time. Makes it’s faster to get to places without having to drive.

What a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and clean. I have never seen a rental with such a well-equipped kitchen. Complete set of pans, rice cooker, pressure cooker, and so much more. The host was very responsive and friendly. There were local-made pastries and coffee waiting for us. It was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was perfect. The location was walkable to beaches. Great ocean view from the condo and patio. Reserved parking. This place is a gem. Don’t hesitate to book!

This is one of our favorite places to stay. It is decorated so beautifully, in an ideal location, and was so peaceful to come back to at night. We came in late on Christmas Eve and I was grateful the kitchen was so well stocked because I made my family a Christmas dinner. My kids were excited about the hammocks and the games. Little details really so make a difference.

What a place! This home truly has everything you need—and then some. Every appliance and piece of furniture is high-end, and the entire space is spotless. The attention to detail throughout the house really stood out to me. As a tea lover, I especially appreciated the instant hot water faucet—such a small touch, but it made things so much easier. Communication was fast and seamless. Honestly, this may have been my favorite rental yet. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Villa was amazing. The layout was perfect for gathering and also spending time alone if desired. It was spotless and had all the amenities we could ask for. We enjoyed having such a big kitchen with all the cookware that we could ever need. Our host thought of everything. There were games and beach items for our use. We also loved having a lanai that was perfect relaxing and spending time on. We were steps away from the pool and a 10 minute walk to two great beaches. The fitness center was also a big plus. We were minutes away from shops and restaurants. Dominika was friendly and super responsive if I had any questions. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stress free and enjoyable time on Kauai. It was great!

Our recent stay at this Kauai vacation rental was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations! We were impressed by how immaculately clean the house was. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with an added touch of paradise. The kitchen was well-equipped. We found everything we needed, from basic utensils to specialty cookware. The bedrooms themselves were spacious, offering plenty of cabinets and closets for all our belongings. The beds are comfortable. The location of this rental is simply unbeatable! Being just steps away from Hideaway Beach, one of Kauai's best snorkeling spots, was an absolute dream. And then there are the views! The views from the balcony were nothing short of breathtaking: panoramic vistas of majestic mountains, cascading waterfalls, and the stunning Hanalei Bay. Plus visits from he local birds :-) We highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a perfect Kauai getaway. It's a true gem!

We had an amazing weeklong stay in Kauai! The accommodations were spotless—very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook meals for our family of six. The lanai was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxing, and the pool was great for a quick dip. We appreciated the extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for our beach outings. The location was ideal—a quick walk to Poipu Beach along a nice, well-lit path. We ended up visiting the beach morning, afternoon, and evening because it was just so close and convenient. We are so glad we chose the villas over an oceanfront resort due to the spacious rooms, beautifully maintained grounds, and calm atmosphere (never close to crowded). We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone heading to Kauai!

Thank you, Gary! We had an incredible stay at your beautiful condo. The ocean views were stunning. The condo was very comfortable. We’re picky about beds - they were very comfy. Gary has provided every utensil you could need and everything is good quality. With being on the top floor no one is above you including on the balcony. It was incredibly quiet and private. Main noise once in a while was the crow of a rooster which we didn’t mind at all. In case you haven’t been to Kauai, wild chickens are everywhere, they even greeted us at the airport. Between the Princeville shopping center and Hanalei you will find groceries and great restaurants. Don’t miss the Princeville Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Disability note: I have a knee injury and didn’t realize that there were stairs up to the condo when we booked. I managed the stairs with the help of a very sturdy railing and my cane. I was concerned about the stairs before going but it worked out well. I came home stronger! Enjoy.

First time in Hawaii and absolutely loved Kauai and so happy we chose Gary’s place in Popui. Loved the location, the atmosphere, the accommodation, the everything. The only issues I have is, its gonna be hard to live up to for the rest of our journey.

Beautiful place, perfect for 3 couples to have their own space. It’s on the ground floor which made it easy to get to the pool and to the path that lead down to the beach. Couch was super comfy. It was well stocked plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, there was even laundry soap and plenty of spices. Gary had beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and sand toys for the day trip to the beach.

Everything in the villa was as it was described. It was clean and our concierge, Justin, was extremely responsive! We asked for a late checkout at the last minute, and they were happy to oblige. There is shopping, restaurants, a hotel with a spa, gorgeous views, and quick access to the beach close by. It was an amazing stay.

The condo is spacious and was perfect for our family of 5. Very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. On the lanai there were beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkeling gear and beach toys. We would stay here again.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful Wyndham resort in Princeville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo had nice bed rooms with comfortable beds and the kitchen had basic amenities. The resort had a wonderful pool and jacuzzi and the whole property had nice landscaping. Highly recommend this place.

This place was hands down amazing. Clean. Spacious. Great amenities and location. Got to play pickleball, basketball, cornhole, ping pong, go in the pools and spas and walk to close locations for food. Has food trucks on site!!! I would 100% go back!!

Anna’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location for the family wedding we were attending in Hanalei!

Vacation with my husband, 2 kids and MIL, space was comfy and super clean. The Bali Hai is a beautiful resort with so many activities, my kids loved it. I don't think the pictures do it justice. I only have two complaints: 1. Had issues with my keycards and wristbands, we got 5 and 3 respectively and was able to cycle through them to see which worked to get into the room, the one time I left the room without my ID and was locked out (thankfully i have a pic of my ID on my phone to get it reactivated) 2. The concierge will try to muscle you into a time share presentation when you get wristbands, I understand it's their job, but no, thank you MEANS No Thank you, otherwise very informative on other things on the island and very sweet.

My husband and I went to kauai for our minimoon and stayed at Anna’s place in Princeville for half our trip. It was great!! Check was super easy and the resort is beautiful. The place was roomy and had everything we needed. Bed was also super comfy! There is a/c available for an additional charge and a definite necessity since it is so humid there. We didn’t spend much time in the room/resort as we were out exploring most of the days but Bali Hai is great for everyone; family friendly, explorers and people who just want to relax. Foodland is 5 mins away and Hanalei is also less than 10 minutes away— great location 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Excellent place, location, and easy to communicate with. Will definitely consider another visit.
