South-facing apartment in the city center facing the Granville fishing port, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives the impression of a living painting wherever you are. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the independent bedroom of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

Very bright with 2 large skylights, one of which offers a beautiful view of Plat Gousset beach, the other of the pedestrian street. Loft of 30 m2, on the 3rd floor by stairs, well arranged with entrance, bathroom, kitchen, table with sea view, bedroom area and small living room.
