Bonjour, Maison familiale de 8 personnes. Cette propriété dispose de 1600m2 de terrain. Cette maison, proche des commerce(environ 4 kilomètre...) est idéale pour une promenade à pied ou à vélo, ainsi que pour se reposer. La pointe du hoc, la mer, la plage, les plages du débarquement sont à proximité ( 5-10 minutes en voiture). Cette maison étant en campagne est l'idéal pour des vacances reposantes.
“Warm welcome on arrival. Xavier’s wife gave us some useful ll restaurant tips and brochures. The house was as on the pictures, very clean and cosy and with every facility for a family. It has a very nice and large fenced garden (our old Labrador says thanks ;-) with garden furniture. Quite location (little or no traffic) but very near to la pointe du Hoc (must see!) and Utah and Omaha beaches and the other historical sites. Ideal location to discover Normandy. Restaurants & supermarket at max 10 minutes drive in Grandcamp Maisy. We can definitely recommend the location. Merci beacoup a Xavier & son épouse :-) ***** !!!”
Chambre cabine 10 m2, dans terrain paysagé avec vue mer, entrée indépendante. Parking auto à 50m. Très calme, idéal pour les visites des plages du débarquement. Centre ville et port avec restaurants de qualité à 600m. Départs randonnées découvertes .
“(Scott’s daughter writing this review) Absolutely THE BEST place to stay in Normandie. If you are looking anywhere else or undecided, you HAVE to book Michel’s place here. I think it was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. I took my dad to visit the beaches of Normandie since it was his life dream to go there. Michel’s place in Grandcamp-Maisy is in the PERFECT place along the beaches and museums to visit. We only had 3 days and one day we got familiar with the area and all the WWII happenings. Day 2 headed east along the beaches and day 3 headed northwest to Cherbourg. Stopping at sites along the way, so I cannot stress enough how perfect the location is, pretty much next to Point Hoc. His gardens and views are lovely too and you can tell him and his wife spend a lot of time to make it a beautiful stay. Not only that, Michel is a superb host. We had issues with our Hertz rental car, and our first morning he had found us a local place to rent and went above and beyond for us! One of the kindest men to host Airbnb and make sure guests are well taken care of and their needs are met. It was a perfect touch to my dads dream trip to Normandie. If I ever take another trip to Normandie I would book my trip around Michel’s availability, because I wouldn’t even think of a more perfect place to stay in that area. Merci beaucoup Michel!!!”
