Lake Spot

Welcome to Lake Spot, a modern cottage situated on the peaceful south end of False River. Relax with the whole family and enjoy wildlife viewing, fishing, kayaking and water sports. The two-story boat dock allows excellent views of False River and offers a perfect covered seating area. If the season allows, guests are welcomed to use the fire pit located in the spacious back yard near the lake. The screened back porch and adjoining patio offers another location to take in the scenery.

Home is on a quiet low traffic street. Upgrades have been made, but this home still retains many of its original features!

This cozy and well-appointed cabin is perfect for bird watchers, writers, or those looking to experience the serenity of the woods. The first floor has a large living/dining area with a sofa, dining table, modern, fully furnished kitchen and full bathroom. There’s a double size air mattress available upstairs. The downstairs contains a bedroom with queen sized bed and full bathroom. The cabin is 8 miles north of downtown St. Francisville and close to shopping, hiking and dining.

Family lake getaway! Huge deck, covered dock, and large backyard! So much space to relax and enjoy lake life. Each of the 3 downstairs bedrooms has a king bed & full attached bathroom. Upstairs bedrooms are smaller and sleep 3 each in bunks and twins - perfect for kids. **NOTE** Lake drawdown ended Jan 15, 2025. Water levels should rise to normal quickly. Please ask if you have concerns. The rest of the lake remains open to fishing and other recreational activities.

Fish all night! Coffee on the porch! Come get a taste of "Old False River" in our original 1960s lakefront fishing cabin. Fall in love with retro-fabulous and everything vintage! Steps from the water, this camp sits on a giant 70-foot lot with a carport and cozy screened-in porch. The inside is super clean with central air and heat and 2 window units. There's 2 swings - 1 on the pier and 1 under the porch, a fire pit, and tons of room for a big cookout!
