Jean Christophe and Virginia's apartment was absolutely great for our couple. Modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the marina is superb and the location is absolutely perfect: everything is within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very easy to visit Saint François entirely on foot from the accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom offers a lot of pressure and hot water hot. Which is perfect for returning from the beach. The tank is a must and we had no water issues despite the water outages. The building has an elevator which is very nice for going up and down the suitcases. It is very easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this place that we will rent again without hesitation if we come back to the area.

Beautiful accommodation, with a beautiful environment and a superb view of the pigeon island. Beautiful pool that allows you to relax after days of activities and discoveries. The house is a gem overlooking the beautiful beach of Sainte Anne, like standing on a pagoda with your feet in the water. Furnished with care and refinement, embellished by Catherine's artist touch. Wonderful terrace where you relax looking at the palms and the sea. Everything is impeccable, the hostess is very kind and super helpful, she also allowed us, which is very welcome, to extend the check out. Mrs. Celine, who assisted and welcomed us on arrival, was always delicious. A dream vacation in a beautiful and incredibly authentic place.

Excellent hosting by Sonia. Clean and well-equipped studio, plus a tank to deal with small water cuts. Close to the beach and swimming pool of the arawak hotel for a wristband purchase. Parking space is appreciated. Flexible checkout time. We will be back, hoping for availability. Thank you

A super comfy little cocoon! Margaux even lent us her daughter's toys for our little one, it was a much appreciated gesture! really a nice find with a small beach within walking distance. We took the car to visit the rest of the island, it's very central!

Since I rent on Airbnb it was the best welcome I've had Georgette and her husband her children are super great people I recommend a very united family with a lot of value I was very well received my daughter and me and that's for sure I'll go back there one day if it's to note on 10 I say 10 out of 10

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

Impeccable accommodation nothing to say perfectly matches the image on the site,very quiet perfect for quiet weekends as friends. The manager of the accommodation is very welcoming even without being on site. I highly recommend it because I will go back.

Our stay at Gladys's was GREAT...welcome..accommodation..kindness we had an extraordinary stay for our first trip to Guadeloupe..The accommodation is very well located between Basse Terre and Grande Terre so very good for visiting. We thank Gladys again and her husband for hosting us.

Thanks to Christian for his great welcome! The listing was great and as described. Christian was very invested and attentive to our needs. A gardener by profession, he showed us around his garden and gave us many explanations about the local plants (vanilla, banana, passion fruit, etc.) We also had the opportunity to end the stay by sharing an aperitif with him. In short, pleasant accommodation and a more than friendly host! Florian and I apologize for leaving quickly without taking the time to really say goodbye.

A home in a beautiful setting, all crowned with a caring welcome and impeccable cleanliness! Fabien & Émilie had even prepared a welcome basket for us (various fruits, sandblast, cakes, jam and rum) We found cool water (very nice given the weather)! Very good stay at Magali and Cedric's. The accommodation is spacious , clean and well-equipped. The air conditioning in both bedrooms was very much appreciated to rest well at night … the accommodation is also well located between Gosier and Sainte Anne. I recommend the Petit Havre beach which is right next to the accommodation. You also have a Leclerc 10 minutes away and a nice market in Sainte Anne almost every day. On the welcome side, it was a real meeting with Magali and Cedric. We were able to spend a wonderful evening where Magali cooked us bokits and agoulous (we feasted) and Cedric is not left out because he is also a fine cook with delicious pizzas. Excellent stay so we recommend it 100% 👍

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

Small quiet nest, close to the beach, simple but effective, for family holidays

The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

Beautiful place that made it possible to recharge for a great week. The pool, the view, the open kitchen... the accommodation is self-sufficient and allows you to discover Guadeloupe at its own pace without guilt to stay and enjoy its charms. We arrived enchanted by the place, after 1 week wandering / crisscrossing Deshaies and more broadly the whole island of Basse-Terre, it is with a heavy heart that we left this magical place. Hiking, waterfalls, snorkeling, cocooning, paradisiacal beaches... There is something for everyone and the accommodation will meet all your expectations ❤️
