Perfect place for all 6 of us & had everything we needed. Very clear check in details & having a Lidl just over the road was perfect

Jimmy was very friendly and helpful. His place was clean, and very well stocked with amenities and breakfast foods. It’s in a great location and nice and clean. I would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tide House. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. After a hard days work with Time team at Sutton Hoo, the bath was a godsend. We were both very pleased with our stay. Easy to get to the town and all the amenities available. Lovely walks along the Deben river. Didn't hear any traffic noise at night, had a good night's sleep. All in all great stay. Thank you Ps parking fine.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frinton-on-Sea - the house was perfect for our needs; well appointed, bright and comfy. The enclosed garden space was perfect for a dog and a toddler, and never felt overlooked. Thank you to Carly for making us feel welcome.

I had a lovely stay here with my son and dog. We came to clacton to visit family and it was ideally positioned for this. The local rugby field is just behind the house, which was ideal for walking the dog. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful cottage in an amazing location. The house is really homely, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The backyard was a fantastic bonus - a real sun trap that made a sunny Easter weekend all the more enjoyable. The area is really quiet and walking distance to great restaurants, walks, the 'beach' is at the end of the lane. The bikes are as described (heavy and uncomfortable) , but if you bring your own the side access to the back yard makes it easy. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful little part of the world. We have stayed at Cooper's Beach before, but never in such a lovely motorhome. The motorhome was spotlessly clean, well appointed and modern - it felt quite luxurious! And that is before we factor in the location. It is perfectly positioned near all the amenities: the clubhouse, the pool, the playground and the beach. Rohan responded quickly to our queries and was an informative host. It was a great place to stay and we had a wonderful trip.

Had the best two nights at Tracy’s home from home. Was everything she had described, very comfortable I had the best two nights sleep. Close to the beach and you can see the sea from the van. Thank you I will be back 😊

Polly place was magical. It is really well set up, with amenities that you would need. The grounds are beautiful and the house cosy. We fell in love with their little dog Lettice. We hope to come back one day.

We stayed at Jeremiah’s holiday home for 2 nights to have a last minute end of adventure by the sea. It was perfect for what we needed. Being half term the activity passes you need to buy to access pool were quite expensive at £16.95 each for 3 days, but my son loved it. Jeremiah’s instructions were clear and he was very responsive and friendly. The Parkdean staff are also very helpful and the general park is well kept. The caravan was spotless, very cosy and peaceful. The perfect end to the half term.

I was extremely happy with the caravan It had everything you would possibly need very well equipped All the bedding was fresh and clean smelling nice not damp The jacuzzi was great unfortunately the weather was bad so we only got to use it once. The walk from the caravan to the amenities and swimming pool was slightly long for my elderly mother and youngest grandson so I did drive the car backwards and forwards I was a bit concerned about some the negative reviews of the Orchard campsite Regarding the run down shanty town in the middle of the camp I never saw it at all so it did not bother us in the slightest The grandchildren loved all the activities, although you have to pre-book them Unfortunately, the open air pool was shut the whole time so the indoor pool got extremely busy, but it did not stop any of the children having the best time Thank you to Elizabeth for letting us have a later check out as we got one more swim time before heading home We would definitely return

My son and I and our three dogs absolutely loved Deer Lodge, a clean and cosy living space. Sue was there to meet us on arrival, and explained everything clearly - a super host. The grounds were perfect for our dogs and the short walk to the estuary really lovely. Colchester is within easy reach which was perfect for meeting up with friends. Already looking to book again for September. Thankyou so much Sue it was exactly what we needed.

A lovely stay in an idyllic location. Spotless room, well equipped and nice and quiet. They are dog friendly, which suited us well. Friendly reception from the owner Sam and helpful info about the area given. Highly recommended.

The Cabin was clean, well presented and, with a secure garden, made it an ideal two-night stay with our dog. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the area was quiet with plenty of walks nearby and easy access to all amenities. Overall, a great stay!

Harrison was the most welcoming host and accommodating. Great communication, the place was clean, cosy and had everything you needed and looked exactly as it looks and described. Short walk to the beach and town centre or short drive to local shops/retail park. Would deffo use Harrison again for our next visit.

We had a lovely relaxing stay, Jules and Lizzie were there at our arrival to give us a warm welcome and to show us around and explain where to go locally. The shepherds Hut is lovely , everything you need is too hand and the bed is ‘super’ comfy. Jules and Lizzie went above and beyond to make a lovely , relaxing stay , we would 100% return.

We really enjoyed our stay. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance and the beautiful and spacious park is just across the road which was really handy. The apartment is comfortable and uncluttered which suited us and the excellent check-in instructions made this aspect really easy and straightforward. The hosts are really responsive so we wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here. Having an allocated parking space was the icing on the cake as we were in and out a lot visiting various local attractions. Our favourite things to do were the guided tour of the castle, Mersea Island and the Beth Chatto Gardens. If you want to splash out then we can really recommend booking the tasting menu at Kintsu - absolutely superb.
