Great place to stay again! My go to whenever we are in Akron!

Ashley’s place was more than we expected! The house met my families needs and my kids had a blast with the arcade games. Lots of good memories were made in our short visit. She was very communicative. Would definitely stay here next time we are in town!

The Grain Bin was the most unique place we have ever stayed! It was perfect for our family of 4. The house was well stocked with essentials as well as a lot of really interesting antiques & collectables. Will definitely stay here again!

She was the best host, I booked the day of arrival and it was not ready and she felt horrible that was not ready. She recommended places to eat and she even paid for my dinner for the inconvenience. She is a great host will definitely stay again when it is available and if I am in town.

Our stay was wonderful!!! If I could give Charlotte a 100 stars I would!!! For making a 6yr special bedding of pink unicorns to placing an extra bed for 1 additional guest!! Always reachable!! Thank you Charlotte for making our daughter’s graduation weekend so much more special!!!!! It is much appreciated we will definitely be back!!!!

I am a pipefitter who travels constantly, most of the places I stay are average for accommodations I am not to picky as long as the places takes dogs, has a hot shower and clean sheets, so booking this place was like renting a loft on fifth ave in New York ! By far the best place I have ever stayed did I spoil myself a little ?yes, was it worth it ? Absolutely !

It was extremely nice and very easy to find it was located by a bunch of unique shops and eating venues The parking and the back entrance were great it was so quiet and peaceful we loved everything about it the inside is beautiful with everything you would need for a getaway. The house was perfect for our weekend visiting family in Sioux City. The charming house was quiet and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend stay. It’s a great location and not far from restaurants or groceries on Hamilton. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

Hosted a Family Reunion for 100 out there but made a vacation out of it! Had several compliments from family of how great of a place it was to host it! Kiddos enjoyed fishing, paddle boat, and tubes...cruised the trails on ATVs and lots of family even walked the trailers and the host trimmed the grass up real nice to make it very clear where the trails went. Fun space!!! Private!!! The furnishings included with the rental made us feel right at home. Great place for a fair price!
