Holiday rentals in Plouti

Die Familie hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und war auch danach jederzeit sehr hilsbereit und stets erreichbar (selbst als wir uns um Mitternacht ausgesperrt haben). Der Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool mit Alleinnutzung ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht sowie eine sehr stilvolle Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen.

We werden heel hartelijke ontvangen door Vagelio en Katerina in de villa Kamelia. Vagelio had van alles in de koelkast gezet en op tafel. ( fruit, kaas, watermeloen, melk, watermeloen ,heerlijke eigen olijfolie,etcetera Overal bloemen in vazen, van haar eigen winkel, die ze al 45 jaar heeft. Daar zijn 2 dagen later naar toe gegaan, eerst even over de lokale markt gelopen, en toen naar de flowershop, en uren gekletst met ze over hun leven op Kreta, en ons leven in Frankrijk. En Vagelio nodigde ons toen uit om een traditionele Griekse trouwerij mee te maken Echt heel apart om daar bij te zijn geweest Ik denk dat er 8 a 900 mensen waren!! Veel eten en drinken en er werd heel veel gedanst Prachtig😁 Alleen jammer dat we geen Grieks spreken. In de buurt zijn er hele mooie baaien met heerlijke stranden ( kiezelstenen of zand ) Leuke restaurantjes en strandtentjes Top locatie en als we weer op Kreta zijn, gaan we zeker weer bij villa Kamelia verblijven Merci beaucoup 🥰🥰

We stayed at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable for our family. The host was incredibly helpful and thoughtful—before our arrival, they even asked if our kids had any special requests, which was a lovely touch. They were there to welcome us in person, making us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely be staying here again. Many thanks!

We stayed at this beautiful villa with our adult children and an older parent, and it exceeded our expectations. Perched high above Moires, it offers stunning views of the valley and distant mountains. The villa is exactly as shown, with a fantastic outdoor pool, lovely gardens, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Inside, everything was clean and well-presented, complete with a wonderful welcome pack. All the rooms were just as advertised, with quality linens and towels. George, the owner, was incredibly attentive, communicating effectively and even cooking delicious Cretan meals for us on several evenings. He also shared great recommendations for local trips, restaurants, and beaches. I can’t recommend this villa enough—it’s perfect, and I can’t wait to return!

What can we say. We felt immediately at home as soon as we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean, neat and tidy and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable, and alongside really good air conditioning, we slept well. Security in all areas was exceptional also, even though we were in the village centre. The locals were very friendly, and once we had been there for a couple of days, we got the measure of the Cretan way of life. It was really relaxing and lovely. A fabulous greengrocer and super coffee house all within a few dozen steps of the house. Brilliant restaurants with traditional Cretan cuisine...such as Vegera, Idi's Restaurant by Zaros Lake, Taverna Votamos and of course the Restaurant at Eleonas country Village. Getting up in the morning to the vistas of the Psiloritis mountains is to die for. The region has so much to offer with such magnificent scenery. The weather was really kind to us too ... we came back with a healthy tan, which was not out of a bottle. 🫠

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful time staying here! Niki and her family are very friendly and welcoming. The house is very comfortable, there is everything needed, and the view is stunning! Thank you for your warm welcome, we’ll happily come back if we come to Crete again! We recommend 100%

Το διαμέρισμα στο χωριό Ζαρός ήταν μια εξαιρετική επιλογή για τη διαμονή μας στην Κρήτη! Ο χώρος ήταν άνετος, καθαρός και ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σχεδόν στο κέντρο της Κρήτης, κάνοντάς το ιδανικό σημείο εκκίνησης για εξορμήσεις στο νησί. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν φιλόξενοι και η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν άψογη από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος της διαμονής μας. Μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμοι για να απαντήσουν σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτησή μας. Σίγουρα θα το συνιστούσα σε όποιον θέλει να εξερευνήσει την Κρήτη και να απολαύσει μια άνετη και φιλόξενη διαμονή!
