You will appreciate the exceptional panorama and view from almost every room in the house and succumb to the charm of life on this small port. The calm remains, the road in front of the house is a dead end and only serves the houses of the harbor.

Studio de 18m² avec jardin de 50m² au calme. Cuisine équipé, lit en mezzanine 140x200, canapé, télévision, salle d'eau et rangements. Accès à 2 min à pieds du sentier côtier et à 5 min à pieds de la grève. 20 min en voiture de Brest et de Landerneau, 45 min de la Presqu'île de Crozon. Prévoir des petites chaussures pour se baigner. Non fumeur et animaux non accepté. L'heure d'arrivée et de départ sont modifiables et convenues ensemble.

Ideally located in a small very quiet hamlet close to the sea where you can enjoy walks on the coastal path. In the evening, enjoy the sunset over the harbor of Brest from the terrace in summer or from the sofa in winter by the fireplace. A really nice house to live in that we rent when we are away.

Morgat sea & beach apartment with pool

Exceptional location on the Crozon peninsula for this apartment overlooking Morgat Bay and its beach. In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.
