Independent room 2 steps from the sea

Nous avons aménagé cette chambre dans une partie de notre maison. Vous avez un accès privé vous permettant d'aller et venir à votre guise. Vous disposez d'un lit 160 cm, une salle de bain avec douche et WC et d'un accès au jardin. Mais aussi d'un côté détente avec une table basse et des fauteuils, et une table et deux chaises permettant de prendre le petit déjeuner. Nous vous proposons en supplément le petit déjeuner si vous le désirez. Vous ne disposez pas de cuisine dans la chambre.

Cozy house 300 m from the beach with spa

Located on the north coast of Finistère, in Plouescat, a seaside resort, close to Roscoff, and not far from Brest, our new house, designed to accommodate vacationers, is ideal for relaxing and restful, or sporty, vacations with family or friends. The house is located 300 m from the sandy beaches and the port. This proximity to the sea, the quality of the interior amenities of the house and the diversity of its outdoor amenities, in particular the spa, are its assets.

Villa Les Mouettes sea view, SAUNA, beach access

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. The large garden borders the coastal footpath: GR34 Freshly renovated, the interior of the house is warm: wood/white/stone. Do not hesitate to contact me for any request!

Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

The workshop, Mini-loft at 800 m: beach and GR34.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Wooden house, mini-loft type, or Tiny, independent on one level. Independent terrace area with garden furniture. Located in a 17th century hamlet, quiet and cul-de-sac. The first beaches are 10 minutes walk (Menfig Beach, Frouden...). We reach the GR34 in 5 mins. This place is great for 2. But we accept up to 2 additional people. The bed will be done (queen size ground floor, 140 on the mezzanine).

Come and relax in this peaceful 66 m2 ground floor cottage. 500 meters from Kernic Bay and the "Partouche" casino in Plouescat, you will be surprised to discover our cottage which is unique, yes, unique for its private chapel and its calvary. Keremma and Porsmeur beaches are 3 km away. The center of Plouescat is 2.5 km away. There you will find local shops and a supermarket.

Inside you will find a king bed , a dining area, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate dry toilet. Many hiking trails pass nearby. Sandy beaches are 5 minutes away.
