Very charming little house, atypical, very well decorated, in a quiet and peaceful environment. Beautiful walks to do in the surroundings, which is practical with a dog. We recommend this little haven of peace.

The stay at Patricia's place was perfect. The house is very well cared for, clean and with all the comforts. The location is great for reaching cultural and naturalistic places of interest. The quiet location area and easy to access. Patricia is really an excellent host and we will be happy to see you again on your next vacation in Brittany!

Very nice little house, quiet, very clean and well-equipped. The veranda is a plus to be able to enjoy the outdoors even if it is cool as well as the fully fenced garden for a dog. Ideally located to discover the Emerald Coast and the banks of the Rance. Laurence welcomes you warmly and advises you on the surroundings and makes sure that you feel good and that everything goes well.

Very nice and large accommodation (house). Mont St. Michel. 12 minutes by bike. There's everything you need. The garden is still a great plus. We had a very good time. A very cozy cottage. Ideal for a family with kids. Beautiful terrace overlooking the village and beach. Parking was always available on the street in front of the house. Tasteful and original furnishings. Great beaches close by. Bedding for double mattresses and double duvets required. Contact with landlord always quick and very friendly.

Very nice accommodation with a very nice outdoor space. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the decoration of the entire cottage is neat and harmonious. We recommend it!

Marie and her husband are very welcoming hosts. Their three dogs are also adorable. We spent 3 days with our baby and the house was very nice. Bonus: the double bed is extremely comfortable!! The pool is beautiful, we would have loved to enjoy it more if the weather had been in our favor. I would recommend this airbnb!

Our large family group had a great stay here. Benoît was very friendly and made sure we knew all we needed about the house and area to ensure we had a good time. The house was large, with good size bedrooms and comfy beds. Huge dining space and fair amount of seating. Lots of space for parking and large garden too. The pool was an amazing addition and really added to our experience.

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive away.

Very nice stay in Brittany in this peaceful retreat. The cleanliness is impeccable, the cottage is well-equipped, quiet. The owners who live next door are very friendly, responsive and very discreet. We were able to enjoy the pool with the little ones and all the toys made available, the children were delighted! Finally, the check-in and checkout with Isabelle went very well: she was very responsive to all messages for our arrival and full of good tips for visits. We recommend a stop at this vacation rental!

The place was as described, very clean. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool or the outside area as it was raining. The house is a marvel of many rooms and even two bathrooms and showers inside a small house. Thank you Lorraine!

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very good stay with Damien. The accommodation is functional and very pleasant. The pool is great . It's safe, there's a reception that makes recommendations every day. It's very convenient. Food trucks come to the residence almost every night. The accommodation is very well located (20 min from Dinan, St Malo) Small downside for the bedding, which was certainly comfortable but a little small. If you are tall, your feet will probably stick out. Nevertheless, I recommend it and I would come back without hesitation.

Saint-Malo and its ramparts, Cancale for oyster lovers, Dinan medieval town and for those who like long walks by the sea you can go for a walk on the tip of Saint-Jacut de la mer which has an extraordinary panoramic view and many other towns to discover...

Great stay at La Mauricette! The cottage is cottage, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located to discover the Dinan region. I was there with my dog Tao, who found a great friend in Raïko, Sophie and Laurent's dog. Warm welcome, ideal setting... Only downside: a Senseo is not an espresso machine😉. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. We had a perfect spring in this house. We spent ten weeks in this house and were very satisfied. There were two adults and a dog who loved the big yard. For a week, there were four adults and we fit well even then. The house is well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need. The mattress in the other bedroom was too soft for a weak back, but luckily there were many beds. The village is small, but it has good services (boulangeri, butcher shop, lunch restaurant, tabac) and it is located close to the beaches. There are also many good hiking trails in the area. Only public transport (buses) is missing, otherwise the village is perfect. Stéphan is a very good host. He always responded quickly to messages and gave us a lot of good tips on where to go or what to do. We will definitely come here again.

We had a great time with friends in this house. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, clean and perfectly equipped: everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!
