We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

We were here 10 years ago and have never forgotten the place. Now finally again. In addition to the fantastic location, the accommodation is wonderfully rustic and yet clean and well maintained. It is only important to know that you really have to bring everything in terms of basic equipment. We will surely come back at some point and will only leave here with difficulty. A little piece of heaven on earth.

Beautiful apartment right in the center of Dinan. Ann-Katherin was wonderful as a host and made us feel right at home with excellent suggestions of restaurants and activities in the area.

We were delighted with the quality and cleanliness of the listing, as described in the listing. The little extras such as the sheets and linen provided, as well as the special touches upon our arrival, were much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at Karine’s! The place is beautiful and close to the waterfront. A lovely flat where you can feel quickly at home, with everything you need provided.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

We highly recommend Didier’s flat and the neighbourhood. Didier was responsive and helpful with our questions and easy to get in touch with. His guidebook is a great resource and made it easy for us to shop, eat and sightsee. We can’t say enough about this area: very walkable, close to parks and beaches and some of the best shopping! We had a great time. Impeccable accommodation, very clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. Good location. Small, very friendly town with many shops and opportunities for walks around the rental. Christine, our host was very considerate. We will come again!!!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

Very close to Dinan, Séverine's accommodation is impeccable with a very beautiful decoration. The park is very quiet and the common room is very pleasant, very well equipped to have a good time (games, aperitif, reading, etc.). The spa is the little extra after a day of walking. I highly recommend this place to relax.

This nice little apartment in Paramé was ideal for our visit! Ideally located, this place to stay allowed us to access the Rochebonne beach and the Saint-Malo promenade, both accessible in a few minutes. The accommodation is nicely arranged and well equipped. The old town of Intra-muros is easily accessible on foot, which is a real plus. A perfect choice for exploring Saint-Malo. Thank you.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

We stayed 1 night and the small apartment was great. It offers everything we needed and there were also nice touches throughout. I do recommend to other guest.
