Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie's. Very good hosting. The listing fits perfectly with the listing description. The kitchen is very well equipped, it's like home! It's a little haven of peace! Despite the proximity to the city center, it is very quiet. Marie was full of little attentions during our stay, it was a beautiful meeting! We enjoyed the pool. We'll be back, that's for sure

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

The stay at Patricia's place was perfect. The house is very well cared for, clean and with all the comforts. The location is great for reaching cultural and naturalistic places of interest. We had a very pleasant stay in a very nice, cocooning cottage. Very quiet and relaxing place. Beautiful sites to discover or rediscover. Amandine and her husband are very welcoming hosts and give good advice!! I highly recommend it.

Great stay at La Mauricette! The cottage is cottage, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located to discover the Dinan region. I was there with my dog Tao, who found a great friend in Raïko, Sophie and Laurent's dog. Warm welcome, ideal setting... Only downside: a Senseo is not an espresso machine😉. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

We had a perfect spring in this house. We spent ten weeks in this house and were very satisfied. There were two adults and a dog who loved the big yard. For a week, there were four adults and we fit well even then. The house is well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need. The mattress in the other bedroom was too soft for a weak back, but luckily there were many beds. The village is small, but it has good services (boulangeri, butcher shop, lunch restaurant, tabac) and it is located close to the beaches. There are also many good hiking trails in the area. Only public transport (buses) is missing, otherwise the village is perfect. Stéphan is a very good host. He always responded quickly to messages and gave us a lot of good tips on where to go or what to do. We will definitely come here again.

A home that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. Sarah is really very welcoming and explained the operation of the different devices in the house. Really very close to Saint Malo. We'll come back with the sun, I hope, next time

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

We had a lovely few days with family in this house. The accommodation is spacious, bright and well equipped for the whole family! The garden is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. A few tens of minutes by car we were able to discover Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Cancale... We recommend!

The neighborhood is very quiet, which allows you to rest well, while being only a few minutes from the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The house is tastefully decorated and the welcome was very warm. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the premises, the comfort of the beds and the amenities available to us (well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we have an excellent memory of our stay. We recommend this house without hesitation, and we will gladly return if the opportunity arises!
