Le logement de Sibylle est PARFAIT. Tout fraîchement rénové, moderne, au calme, dans un quartier paisible et possède tous les équipements nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La salle de bain est magnifique, tout comme la cuisine. La literie est vraiment confortable et elle sent bon. L’emplacement de parking devant l’appartement est vraiment un point positif. Je recommande 👍

Wir verbrachten drei wundervolle Tage, vom vierten Advent bis ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag, in dem gemütlichen Haus von Berenike. Auf der Suche nach einem besonderen Ort, an dem wir Weihnachten mit unseren vier erwachsenen Kindern feiern konnten, waren wir froh, diese großzügige und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Weite ohne Ende, nach Süden ausgerichtet, fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Everything was perfect! The hosts were incredibly kind and responded quickly to all my questions. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed—fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, and even plenty of heaters (even in the bathroom!). The Wi-Fi was fast enough for my needs. The location is stunning, right by a beautiful stream with ducks—so peaceful yet just a 15-minute walk to downtown with all the essentials. The place had all the entertainment options I could want. Loved it so much—I’ll definitely be back!

The host Mikolos was the best host I’ve ever had. Not only was he extremely responsive he helped get a wheelchair for my mom within 4 hours when the one we had originally rented was cancelled. He made what seemed impossible possible which made her trip so much better. The place is perfectly located with a really good beer garden right there and in the middle of the beautiful historic sites. Metro Is about a 10-15 minute walk which wasn’t bad. I have nothing negative to say. We had a total of 4 people but you could easily fit 5-6. Plenty of space to spread your luggage out and two bathrooms were amazing. If you are headed to Esslingen this is the perfect place!

Das Gästeappartement von Paul liegt am Rande von Schanbach, direkt an einem Feld und Wiesenweg, den ich gerne zum Spaziergang genutzt habe. Die Räume sind sehr ruhig und praktisch funktional eingerichtet. Paul selbst war bei Fragen sehr gut zu erreichen.

Atilas Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Selbst ein paar Süßigkeiten und Snacks lagen für uns bereit, was wir sehr aufmerksam fanden. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Sehr praktisch war die Garage, wo wir unsere Fahrräder und den Fahrradträger abstellen konnten, das Auto stand sicher direkt vor dem Haus. Wir habe noch nie in einem Loft übernachtet und haben uns gedacht wir probieren das mal und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Es ist sehr luftig aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Das Wasserbett war ein absolutes Highlight für die Kinder.

Voici mes retours après 3 jours passés dans cet appartement, avec ma famille, soit 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Concernant le logement, tout est mis à disposition pour notre bien-être : café, sucre, bonbons/chocolats (pour le plus grand bonheur de nos enfants) sopalin, sel, papier toilette, serviettes, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, étendoir etc... Il était très propre, calme et moderne. La place de parking en intérieur est un gros plus. On peut même accéder au logement depuis le parking, en cas de pluie c'est génial. Kris est une personne très gentille, serviable, réactive et de bons conseils. Merci encore et nous vous souhaitons une excellente continuation, à vous ainsi que votre épouse 😊.

This was our second stay and we had a very warm welcome from the hosts. The property is as we had remembered.. Lovely, with all the facilities we needed. There is a very nice private patio area for guests.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet – genau so, wie man es sich für eine entspannte Auszeit wünscht. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die ruhige Lage und die tolle Ausstattung: Von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis zum gemütlichen Wohnbereich war wirklich alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit Uwe war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft inkl. Parkplatz in ruhiger Umgebung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einfacher Check-in und komfortables Zimmer; der Waschtrockner ist ein tolles Plus. Sehr ruhig, tagsüber und nachts. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

This was one of our favorite stays on our entire trip — Steffen’s apartment truly exceeded expectations. In fact, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! It’s spacious, filled with natural light from both sides, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially loved the thoughtful layout, the dedicated office room (a rare and welcome feature), and the calming, beautifully styled decor. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into designing this place. Every detail, from the decor to the layout, feels intentional and welcoming. Communication with Steffen was smooth, and on check-out we had the pleasure of meeting his kind and friendly mom. A couple of things to note: the projector is a nice touch, but a standard TV might be more practical. A microwave and in-unit washer would also add convenience. Still, these were minor things in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended — we’d love to return!

Great apartment and central for many of Stuttgart attractions. I would definitely book again

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

L’alloggio era molto carino, il giardino meraviglioso, con altalena, trampolino, scivolo, sabbiera e yakuzi! Perfetto per chi, come noi, ha il cane ed un bambino. Infatti, anche all’interno dell’alloggio, vengono messi a disposizione vari giochi e librini per i più piccoli. Abbiamo riposato benissimo perché la zona è molto silenziosa. Assolutamente consigliato 👌

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt – gerne wieder!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

Great place, has everything you might need and then some. Lots of details that make one feel welcome. However, you probably need a car, especially if you're with small kids. Another thing to note is that the bunk beds are actually children's beds so take that into consideration. The top bunk is max 70 kilos and for age 7+. The space between the top and the bottom bunk is also very narrow. Overall, these beds are not ideal for adults.

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area
