We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed and terry linen is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (detergent, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is an extremely attentive and warm hostess. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's free! We will do it again!

We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy apartment! Check-in was flexible and easy. Florence was always available, but also proactively asked if we needed anything else. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden, where we had breakfast almost every day. The apartment has a great location in the center of the city, which is beautiful. A very nice accommodation in a very nice environment. Spacious, bright, with multiple amenities, and quality. The area is very quiet and the private parking space is a plus. Numerous visits and activities nearby or further away. We were delighted with this cottage. Very good communication with the owners. We recommend it for 2, and even for 4. For us, it is one of the best cottages we have rented.

Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Isabelle was incredibly kind and helpful. She even offered me a ride to and from the train, showed me around, and made me feel completely welcome. The house is charming, peaceful, and has everything you need (seriously, six kinds of shampoo, so thoughtful!). It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just 20 minutes from a lovely walking trail. Thank you, Isabelle. You’re the best host I’ve ever met. You’ve truly raised the bar.

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.
