We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

Welcome to our old butcher shop. In our new vacation apartment, you can really relax in 80 m² of spacious rooms. There is a petting zoo for the little ones (chickens, ducks) The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family house, and we live on the upper floor. Important A maximum of 7 people are allowed. 5 guests have a bed. The 6th and 7th guests have to share a sofa bed with the dimensions: 190 x 100. No baby cot available. The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

Quietly located by the village stream, you can linger here and recharge. The use of natural building materials such as wood and clay as well as the wall heating creates a cozy indoor climate that supports relaxation.
