Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à San Lorenzo. L’emplacement en bord de mer est vraiment agréable, avec un accès direct à la plage. Nous étions en rez-de-chaussée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la terrasse, idéale pour les repas et les moments de détente. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, propre et bien équipé pour un court ou long séjour. L’environnement est calme, parfait pour se reposer, et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien déroulée. À noter : il faut prévoir un bon anti-moustiques, surtout le soir. Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés pour plus de confort, mais globalement, c’est une très bonne adresse pour profiter de la mer et du calme.

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le logement était spacieux et très bien situé, à la fois proche du centre historique, mais pas trop afin de ressentir une réelle vie de quartier et ne pas avoir l’impression d’être avec tous les touristes. Nous avons ainsi pu accéder facilement à de nombreuses activités à pied. Le petit guide présent dans le logement, avec de nombreuses suggestions de restaurants, cafés et activités a été très utile. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le café du quartier où nous avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners (avec une réduction en disant loger chez notre hôte). Enfin, Valeria était disponible par message, ainsi qu’extrêmement réactive, afin de nous donner de nombreux conseils. Merci de nous avoir fait découvrir Syracuse !

Tolles Airbnb mit einer super Location, sehr viel Platz. Giuliano und Emmanuel waren sehr flexibel, was sehr geholfen hat. Vielen Dank 😊

Salvatore a été adorable. Le jardin est magnifique et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Logement idéal pour rayonner dans la région. Très bonne literie. nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Als es ein Problem mit dem Wasser gab, war es 15 Minuten später gelöst - an einem Sonntagmorgen um 7! Die Unterkunft ist vor allem aufgrund der Lage toll - man kann morgens über dem Meer den Sonnenaufgang sehen und dann den ganzen Tag zwischen Terrasse und Strand pendeln. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken (Noto, Siracusa, Modica…), dass einem auch an Tagen ohne Strandwetter nicht langweilig wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Das Mulberry House ist für zwei das perfekte Refugium. Man hält sich bei dem guten sizilianischen Wetter am meisten draußen auf, unter dem Maulbeerbaum im Schatten hat man seine Ruhe. Patricia und Salvatore sind sehr freundliche Menschen - vielen Dank für den leckeren gekühlten Wein und die Zitronen! Es gibt ein sehr bequemes Bett, die Klimaanlage hilft beim Abkühlen. Bad und Küche sind zwar klein, aber völlig ausreichend! In 10 min ist man zu Fuss am Strand oder bei mehreren Restaurants an der Mole. Wir können es nur empfehlen - und wie überall auf Sizilien im Juni: Anti-Mückenmittel mitbringen.

Giuseppe’s villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The variety of outdoor seating areas were lovely for enjoying the sun at different periods of the day. The pool was superb, beautiful and clean. The villa is 10 minutes drive from Syracuse and Ortigia, which have a huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The streets are beautiful to explore, especially in the evenings. The only downside to the villa was the area. Unfortunately, there are no pavements so walking anywhere is unsafe. Therefore, hiring a car is necessary. There is a bus, but it only passes 4 x daily. There are local restaurants to visit, but driving is required due to the roads, and at our time of visiting it was unclear whether these were open or not. Despite this, I would happily visit Giuseppe’s villa again without a doubt. Thank you for having us.

The villa is even better than pictured. The house was very clean & was decorated lovely inside. The outdoor areas & pools were gorgeous. Although we did find the pool got quite dirty over our weeks stay from bugs and debris, a pool cover might help with this. The hosts were incredibly helpful & were always on hand with fabulous recommendations for parking, restaurants etc. Definitely need a small car for the roads, especially the last one leading up to the villa. The only downside we did find was the rubbish disposal. We were reminded multiple times throughout the week to take all of our rubbish at the end of the stay to a local recycling centre. There are about 4 different recycling bins at the Villa so to have to take all of this in our small rental car to a recycling centre which is only open at certain times we found frustrating especially when paying a 150 euro cleaning fee. Apart from this the stay was pretty faultless and the villa & grounds were amazing.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Alessandro. Gerade mit kleinem Kind gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten wie einen Pool, eine große Wiese zum Spielen und besonders das Baumhaus! Die Nähe zum Meer zu Fuß ist schön (wenige Minuten bis zu einem kleinen Einstieg an einem Steinstrand, ein Sandstrand zum Liegen ist besser mit dem Auto erreichbar). Alessandro hat uns bei Fragen geholfen und war gut erreichbar!

Ci teniamo a ringraziare Paolo per averci fatto trascorrere un soggiorno perfetto. Paolo è un host gentilissimo,la pulizia dell'alloggio è impeccabile. Si vede l'impegno che ci mette,la meticolosità,la ricerca della perfezione...doti che non tutti hanno,complimenti continua così! Alla prossima!

Una bellissima oasi di pace nella natura, a due passi dalla riserva naturale e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Nel piccolo appartamento c’è tutto quello che serve, anche per cucinare. L’appartamento si trova alla fine di una strada sterrata e per raggiungere località nella regione è necessario avere un’auto. Serafina è stata un’ospite disponibile, ci ha aiutati a trovare ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e dato indicazioni molto utili per esplorare la regione della riserva naturale e la regione di Noto.

Roberto och hans son Erik var helt fantastiska. Vi bodde i Villa Bismarkia som var rent och prydligt. Allt man kan tänkas behöva finns och de gemensamma ytorna var så välskötta och fina. Rekommenderar start detta boende!

Guido war ein äusserst herzlicher und zuvorkommemder Gastgeber, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ist perfekt um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Lage ist zudem sehr geeignet für Ausflüge zu den zahlreichen umliegenden Sehenswürdikeiten. Wichtig ist dabei ein geländegängiges Auto, die Zufahrt zum Haus ist anspruchsvoll, wie auch einige Strassen in der Umgebung. Zudem sollte man keine Angst vor Geckos oder kleinen Kriechtieren haben. Ab und zu trifft man im Haus auf diese harmlosen Tierchen, was jedoch nach kurzer Angewöhnungzeit kein Problem mehr ist. Wir können Guido und sein Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui s’est avéré à la fois fonctionnel et simple, tout en répondant parfaitement à nos besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence d'un parasol pour la plage, un petit plus qui s'est révélé très pratique. De plus, la localisation de l'appartement est idéale, offrant un accès facile à tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience plus fluide. Cependant, il est important de noter que les nuits peuvent être assez bruyantes, ce qui a légèrement perturbé notre repos. Cela dit, nous gardons un souvenir positif de notre séjour et nous remercions Aurore notre hôte pour son accueil.

Grand appartement avec une belle terrasse où nous pouvions prendre notre petit déjeuner et parfois notre dîner. L’appartement est équipé en tout, nous n’avions même pas besoin d’appeler Simone tant ses instructions étaient claires. Tout est exactement comme décrit. Je recommande vivement

We loved staying in Annalisa's apartment. The apartment is spacious, with everything you need and good airco in the bedrooms. It's about 15 minutes walk to the old city center and also about 15 minutes walk to Neopolis. Annalisa was a very welcoming host and we would certainly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Gianna's place in Ortigia. Perfect location, spacious and clean apartment, great comms. Flexible check in time, helped us store our bags on our last day after check out. Would stay again!

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

Sara und Giovanni waren hervorragende Gastgeber – stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft erkundigten sie sich mehrfach, ob alles gut geklappt hat und ob wir uns wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein absoluter Traum: stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit einer wunderbaren Dachterrasse, auf der man herrlich entspannen kann. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet – ideal für Selbstversorger. Die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, bringt aber auch etwas Straßenlärm mit sich. Wer empfindlich ist, sollte vielleicht Ohrenstöpsel einpacken – für uns war das jedoch überhaupt kein Problem. ❤️

La casa di Alberto è più accogliente di presenza che nelle foto, è luminosa e silenziosa e dotata di ogni comodità che possa servire durante il soggiorno. Gli elettrodomestici funzionano perfettamente e l' host ha cura di mettere a disposizione i generi di prima necessità ( caffè, olio, acqua etc.), cosa di cui lo ringraziamo . La posizione consente di raggiungere con una breve passeggiata sia il Teatro Greco che Ortigia, quindi,una volta parcheggiato, si può scordare l' auto. Alberto inoltre è una persona molto simpatica e disponibile, ci ha accolto di persona e ci ha dedicato il suo tempo per le informazioni che ci occorrevano. Senza dubbio tornerei a prenotare la sua casa e la consiglio.

Le logement d’Aurore et Fede était tres bien! Aurore et Fede sont de bons hôtes, ils sont disponibles, à l’écoute et acceuillants. Ils ont également été accommodants pour notre arrivée plus tard que prevue! En arrivant au logement, ils nous avaient laissé des petites collations et de l’eau au frigo ce qui est vraiment une delicate attention de leur part! Nous avions une voiture et nous n’avons eu aucun problème à stationner la voiture juste devant l’immeuble à chaque jour et ce, gratuitement ce qui est un plus! Je recommande ce logement!
