Super location - everything is fine, best communication with Gianpiero. In the "eye of the hurricane" with such a central location, it can't be quiet out there - especially on weekend nights - but windows close well! 1A location has many advantages - great shops and restaurants and most important Durres points all around!

Good location, the apartment is in a Gated community and therefore also safe parking. Close to the beach. Alma responds quite quickly to questions.

A lovely place, 30 seconds away from the Durres beach and a 10-minute bus from the city centre. The host was superb, responding instantly and answering all my queries, as well as arranging a taxi for us at the airport. For the price you pay, it is far superior to every other Airbnb in the area that costs the same. would 100% recommend it if you are looking for a holiday with a cheaper budget.

Ari is the best host! He’s very responsive and one of the reasons our stay has been so great! The place is near everything and you can do a lot of shopping and exploring. The place is just like the pictures which is great.

A place that I highly recommend. very good living conditions. All appliances included. Even the detergent was there :). The garden was very beautiful and you can enjoy coffee both in the early morning and in the evening. Enough space for two families. The beach was within walking distance. The host was very communicative and suggested different places where we could go. A place I'd love to go back to.

Elio was a good host, responded quickly and came up with clear info. Problems with the wifi were solved very quickly by him. The house is complete and in a nice,quiet place. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house has no pool but 10 minutes' walk away we could swim for free at the hotel royal g max

the house was very easy to find and the area very quiet. The house was as in the photos, very clean, tidy and with everything you need inside. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. I recommend this apartment. I had a great time.

The accommodation is very nice, the only thing I would complain about is that we did not have a single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, fortunately it was not acute and we went to buy our own. 😌 The place and surroundings are very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

Spacious space , accurate to the photos Suela was hyper responsive after a water problem in less than 20 minutes the problem was fixed!! close to the airport ( 15 minutes) , private parking what more could you ask for!! thank you for the welcome

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. Everything was very clean and as written in the description/shown on the Fotos. The beach is reachable by foot within a few minutes. Lola, who is the host of the apartment, is very friendly and helpful. We didn't meet her in person, but she was always very easy to reach. Thanks to the additional information (location of the apartment and even a short video on how to get there by car) she sent us, we were able to find the apartment very easily. If we had any questions, she responded very quickly and, above all, very helpfully (for example, she found us a suitable cab to the airport). All in all, I can highly recommend the apartment, we really enjoyed our time there.

Lovely, spacious, very clean apartment with everything we needed. Having two shower rooms was great with 3 boys needing a shower after the beach. Nice, clean kitchen area with plates, equipment, cutlery for preparing meals etc. Air con was in every room. Location ideal, minutes from the supermarket and about 10min walk to the beach/cafes. Lots of free parking. Can use pool if you'd like. Had a great time thank you.

The location was great. The view from the balcony is incredible! It's not a five-star hotel, but the apartment had everything we needed. Redina was always in touch and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for the great attitude to guests!

What a beautiful Airbnb! Literally on the beach and the beach walk has a lot of restaurants and bars that are really nice! The pictures don’t do this Airbnb justice, it was beyond our expectations. Would recommend 1000%

Great location, everything you need within 5 min walk: restaurants, bus stop, supermarketem, Beach Bar. The beach was right in front of the property, so the view from the balony was fantastic. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull, the place was clean. We really enjoyed our stary here.

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

It was a very good experience.Martin was very helpful and friendly. I asked a lot of things about places to eat, hanging out and beach for swimming, he directed nice places. Even we sit together and hang out little bit. House was very nice and when we had small issues he take care of them immediately. Location is very nice. You can take a nice walking on beach easily. House is like 150mtr far from the beach side. There are lots of food options and supermarket options nearby. Nice to meet you Martin, if i come to Albania again, i definitely speak with him or take a house rent from him again. Very cheerful and good spirit he have.
