Holiday rentals with beach access in Plazhi i Golemit

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

Could not find a better accommodation in Dürres. Tomáš is a very good host, he responded quickly to questions and had an incredibly nice home. It was clean and cozy, nice bed. The terrace basks in the sun during the day and there is a nice view. Just a minute to the beach and restaurants. We will return here ☺️

Top location, wonderful view from the balcony, great restaurants nearby, fruit and vegetable vendors every morning in front of the house, beach in 50m away. Several supermarkets nearby. Really great, we had a wonderful holiday :-)

Super apartment with every detail in it, very responsive and friendly host. The apartment was super clean, you will find two tv in each room, with both of them connected to netflix for free, coffe machine with different coffes in it. Lovely place.

1st time visiting Albania and definitely not the last. Klaidi was the perfect host. He was extremely helpful and always there to respond to any issues. We loved the Villa and the Kitchen was extremely well equipped with all utensils you would need. The outdoor dining area was a lovely place to eat and enjoy and have a good get together. The Villa was good value for money but would benefit from some modernisation. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone to visit and enjoy this lovely place.

Elio was a good host, responded quickly and came up with clear info. Problems with the wifi were solved very quickly by him. The house is complete and in a nice,quiet place. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house has no pool but 10 minutes' walk away we could swim for free at the hotel royal g max

We were happy to spend time at this villa, which felt like at home. Area is very secure and quiet. Beach is 2 mins walk with some good places to eat. Kitchen was full of all possible amenities, including some free snacks and coffee. Internet service was great. Communication with host was very smooth and friendly. We would highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy Albania!

We had a great time, if anything it's even better than the pictures. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. No need to hire a car if you don't want to, everything you need walking distance away. Lovely to have sea views from 2 upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs balcony is dreamy.

A very good value for the money. The place is like in the pictures. Its not deluxe but it's clean. You have a bit of a terrace for you own use. It is very close to the south part of Durres beach with access to restaurants, shops and bus station. Its easy to reach by car and also you can keep car inside the courtyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet during the night. I recommend it for people with children or solo travelers. Ergent and his family are very responsive.

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Sardi was a great host, he picked us up from the airport and gave us loads of recommendations of what to do and where to eat. We were able to check in early which was really helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean and the location is perfect!

I had such a peaceful and wonderful time at Arbana's place. II was looking for peace during the winter and this was perfect. I lived there when it was out of season and it easily was one of my favorite places to be. It was the small things that Arbana had thought of to make my stay extremely comfortable. And when there was something that needed to be fixed, Arbana took care of it immediately! The communication was fantastic and I'd definitely return to given the opportunity.

The apartment was great. If you are not walkers would not suggest but if you are happy to walk 10-15 mins it’s great. The host was super responsive and super helpful. The beach opposite was peaceful and quiet. I would suggest staying in season to use amenities of the pool next door as we stayed here early may the season was only just beginning.

Best place we have stayed! The place was so well looked after and we were helped with anything we needed. You can find out about all the hidden gems of durres as well as the simple things for convenience like shops etc. The balcony has such a beautiful view and as nice as the pictures are of this place it is all even more beautiful when you arrive. Our stay in Durrës was absolutely wonderful, and it's largely thanks to our incredible host. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, which made our stay very pleasant. What really made the difference was her availability and her invaluable help in organizing our stay. She took the time to give us excellent advice and help us plan our activities, which greatly facilitated our visits. In addition, we particularly appreciated his flexibility and kindness on the day of our arrival. We arrived very early in the morning, well before check-in time, and she rushed to clean up so that we could settle in comfortably without waiting.
