Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

Had to make a last second adjustment and found Kyle’s Airbnb. The house was perfect and I’d highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed at a handful of Airbnb’s but the attention to detail Kyle and his team has at this location is unmatched. Thanks again Kyle and Team! 👏🏾👏🏾

Perfect and Convenient Location I had an amazing experience staying at this AirBnB! The place was exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to a soft, inviting bed. I am live nearby but rented this airbnb for my daughter’s HS graduation party. Private backyard size with a pool, perfect for the occasion. The location was incredibly convenient – close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It was the perfect spot for exploring the area. The host, Marshall was excellent from the beginning, super responsive and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Their thoughtful touches, like local recommendations and little amenities, truly made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

I can always count on Shirley for expert care and a clean comfortable home away from home. She is my go to. She represents her city and properties well.

We really enjoyed our stay at their Airbnb! We took lots of walks in the neighborhood and visited nearby shops during our stay. The hosts were thoughtful and provided toiletries for our stay. I would have liked to have had hand soap for the bathroom sinks however since the soap provided was for the shower. Also, as a group of six, we appreciated having three separate bedrooms. We did encounter an issue with seating as there was only one couch and two chairs for people to sit on in the living room area. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We fell in love with NoDa during this trip! It’s the perfect walkable family (and pup) friendly neighborhood. This place was just what we needed-traveling with our dog and infant we prioritized per friendly placed with an actual separate bedroom space; a rare find in this neighborhood! Easy access to the light rail and plenty of restaurants and breweries. Everything was clean and inviting inside for us, too!

Charming host and charming cottage. Cathy could not have been lovelier, and her comfortable home is filled with thoughtful touches — for both humans and dogs! We’ll certainly be back! Adored the porch swing.

Location is conveinent to South side of Charlotte, cute old neighborhood, safe location. House is clean and comfortable. Worth the stay.

It is a great location near our grandchildren. The fenced in yard are great for our 2 dogs to get out. We have rented it twice and would rent it again. Needs a bit of exterior clean up and some sprucing up but we were very comfortable. I would suggest a bathtub mat- got a bit for us..(75&72) and we always hand wash our dishes..could use a dish drainer.

Austin and Katherine were super helpful and quick to respond. They were able to let us know when the house was ready for early check in. We were staying for our daughter’s wedding weekend and needed to get in a little early. After check out we realized something may have been left behind. They were quick to respond and allowed us immediate access to go back in and check. I wish we had of had more time at the house but the weekend was packed with activity. The house was close to the venue and easy to get in and out of neighborhood. The house is large and spacious. Didn’t get to enjoy the screened in porch or backyard (due to my schedule) but it looked amazing!!

What a lovely stay this was! This charming home is located in the perfect area...a quick 10 minute drive from the city, but still in a quiet neighborhood that always felt safe and friendly. Plenty of great restaurants nearby too! The photos listed accurately represented this home and the WiFi coverage/speed was excellent. Note that even though they're listed but not pictured, they have a full-size washer and dryer available for use in their basement, which was very convenient! My favorite part about this home is the family of adorable Eastern Cottontail Rabbits that greeted me every morning as I was leaving to go into the city. If you're lucky, you might even get visited by their Barred Owl - it was SO cool hearing it HOOT!

Joseph’s place was wonderful! It’s beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the peaceful back yard and the upgraded interior of the home. 5 stars all around. If the reviews aren’t positive enough, the guest book is! Every person wants to go back, including us. Thanks!

Our family was in town for the Savannah Bananas baseball game and the house was perfect for us! It was clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect for anywhere we wanted to go in the Charlotte area. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This house is amazing. It is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The garage is so nice to have, especially to load/unload in the event of rain. The back yard is very private and peaceful - you feel like you’re in own little slice of heaven. House was spotless and host responded very quickly to my questions.

Matt was an incredibly attentive and helpful host. From weeks before our reservation he was actively communicating with us on our questions and providing helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat around the neighborhood—and there was a lot to do and eat! Check-in was a breeze and the home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The space was beautifully renovated with a nice big kitchen and dining area that was perfect for our family. We especially loved hanging out on the screened in porch at night after our little one went to bed. Would definitely stay again the next time we're in Charlotte!

This was a great deal for the purpose of the trip. Our host was reliable and responsive to any of our concerns. Close to many attractions as well! The home felt like a home away from home!

Charming cottage, great for a couple. Conveniently walkable to 7th street restaurants (Crunkleton, Catalina, Rosemont, Puerta, and many more, as well as fun spots on Central Ave side (Villani’s Bakery, Legion and Burial Breweries, Harris-Teeter grocery. The outside area with the fire pit is a great spot to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thanks to Ryan and Aimee for hosting!

Nicole's place was great for the three of us and our dog. It was right next to a huge park with a bike/walking path, perfect for dog walking. We were also really close to downtown and walkable to the food hall and other restaurants.

Great host! Fast and clear communication. Easy to access and instructions were simple. The home was beautiful! Peaceful, with lots of wonderful art and natural lighting. Comfortable beds. Featured a gorgeous backyard which was very dog friendly. Everything was as described/pictured. This was a lovely stay— would definitely return and even try other properties by this host.
